Alustava ettevõtja starditoetust saanud Tartumaa ettevõtete majanduslik jätkusuutlikkus aastatel 2012-2020

Abstract

Uute ettevõtete loomine on oluline nii majandusele kui ka ühiskonnale, sest see loob juurde töökohti ning loob suurema konkurentsi. Bakalaureusetöö eesmärk on tuua välja, millistel tegevusaladel ja kui suur on Tartumaal aastal 2010 starditoetust saanud ettevõtete ellujäämismäär ning hinnata nende ettevõtete majanduslikku jätkusuutlikkust vahemikus 2012-2020. Aastatel 2008-2010 oli majandussurutis ning töötute arv suurenes, samas suurenes ka uute ettevõtete arv, eriti 2010. aastal. Bakalaureusetöö eesmärgi saavutamiseks analüüsiti ettevõtete majandusaasta aruannetest bilansi ja kasumiaruande näitajaid ning arvutati nende põhjal välja finantssuhtarvud, et vaadelda, kas ettevõtete näitajad jäävad heade näitajate piiresse. Lisaks viidi läbi küsitlus, et uurida, kuidas ettevõtjad ise oma ettevõtte jätkusuutlikkust ning starditoetuse mõju sellele hindavad. Vaadeldaval perioodil ettevõtete keskmised majandusnäitajad kasvasid, samuti suurenes töötajate arv. Finantssuhtarvude järgi vaadeldes langes heade näitajatega ettevõtete osakaal 2020. aastaks. Ettevõtjad hindavad oma ettevõtteid jätkusuutlikeks, kuid arvavad, et starditoetus ei ole selle põhjuseks. Vastajad oleksid alustanud ettevõtlusega ka ilma starditoetuseta, kuid alustamine oleks lükkunud edasi.

Creating new businesses is important for the economy and the society, as it creates more jobs and increases competition. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to point out in which fields of activity and what is the survival rate of companies that received start-up support in Tartu County in 2010 and to assess the economic sustainability of these companies in the period 2012-2020. In 2008-2010, there was an economic downturn and the number of unemployed increased, while the number of new enterprises also increased, especially in 2010. In order to achieve the goal of the bachelor's thesis, the indicators of the balance sheet and income statement of the companies were analyzed from the annual reports and financial ratios were calculated on the basis of them to see whether the indicators of the companies were within the limits of good indicators. In addition, a poll was conducted to examine how entrepreneurs themselves assess the sustainability of their business and the impact of start-up grant on it. During the period under review, the average economic indicators of companies increased, as did the number of employees. In terms of financial ratios, the share of well-performing companies fell by 2020. Entrepreneurs consider their companies to be sustainable, but do not think that start-up support is the reason for this. Respondents would have started their business without start-up support, but the start-up would have been delayed.
