Abstract
Käesoleva töö eesmärgiks on välja selgitada, millised on parem võimalikud küttelahendused asendamaks hetkelist eramu keskkütte katelt. Vajadus selleks on järjest enam suund väiksema keskkonna jalajälje suunas. Selleks on autor valinud sobiva hoone ning teostanud vajalikud mõõdistused kasutated etteantud BV2 programmi. Katla uurimiseks kasutati Testo suitsugaasi analüsaatorit. Vastavalt leitud väärtustele valis autor kaks keskkonna säästlikuma lahendust, milleks oli õhk-vesi- ja maasoojuspump. Kahe pumba ja katla võrdlustest selgus asjaolu, et kuigi tootja lubab kütta kogu meie kliimas lubatud temperatuuride puhul siis mõistlik oleks toetada tahkekütusega. Samuti selgus asjaolu, et kuigi tasuvusaeg on küllaltki pikk siis suuremalt jaolt toob see kaasa mugavushinna. Tööd saab kasutada reaalse projektina kirjeldatud eramus ning autor valiks õhk-vesi soojuspumba. Valikuks osutus seetõttu kuna tasuvusaeg on mõistliku suurusega.
 
The aim of this work is to find out what are the best possible heating solutions to replace the current central heating boiler of a private house. The need for this is increasingly moving towards a smaller environmental footprint. For this purpose, the author has selected a suitable building and performed the necessary surveys using the given BV2 program. A Testo flue gas analyser was used to examine the boiler. According to the values found, the author chose two more environmentally friendly solutions, which were an air-to-water and a ground source heat pump. Comparisons between the two pumps and the boiler show that although the manufacturer promises to heat at all the temperatures allowed in our climate, it would be sensible to support it with solid fuel. It was also revealed that although the payback period is quite long, for the most part it leads to a convenience price. The work can be used in a private house described in the real project and the author would choose an air-water heat pump. The choice was made because the payback period is reasonable.
