Bakalaureusetöö Tehnika ja tehnoloogia õppekavalest
Mahla valmistamine väiketootmise mastaabis kogub üha enam populaarsust, endised suuraiandid on asendunud väiketootjatega. Mahlapresside turul domineerivad peamiselt traditsioonilised lahendused, pidevprotsessilistest pressidest pakutakse peamiselt lintpresse. Teadaolevalt pole Eesti kõrgkoolides seni disainitud kruvipressi põhimõttel töötavat mahlapressi. Antud bakalaureusetöö eesmärgiks on koostada pidevprotsessilise mahlapressi mehaanilise osa eskiisprojekt. Töös koguti tehnoloogilist teavet, teostati projektarvutused ja rakendati 3D – modelleerimist arvutiprogrammis Solid Edge 2019. Töö tulemusel valmis ca 300 kg/h tootlikkusega kruvipressi tehnoloogial baseeruva pidevprotsessilise mahlapressi eskiisprojekt, mis võiks reaalse toote valmistamisel kasutust leida. Täiendavalt tuleks uurida pressitava massi hõõrdeomadusi ja rõhu jaotust presskambris, et vajadusel parendada presskruvi geomeetriat ja rõhu hoidmise ehk otsaklapi mehhanismi.est
The production of juice on the small-scale production is gaining more and more popularity, the former industrial fruit yards have been replaced by small-scale producers. The market for juicers is mainly dominated by traditional solutions, and belt presses are mainly offered from continuous process presses. It is known that in Estonian higher education institutions has not been designed a juicer based on the screw press. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to compile a sketch project of the mechanical part of a continuous process juice extractor. Technological information was collected, project calculations were performed in Math Cad Prime 7 and 3D modeling was applied in the computer program Solid Edge 2019. As a result of the work, a sketch project of a continuous process juice extractor based on screw press technology with a capacity of approx. 300 kg / h was completed. The frictional properties of the pressed pulp and the pressure distribution in the press chamber should be further investigated in order to improve the machine. Perhaps more modern materials or better geometry of the press screw can reduce the power consumption and frictional losses.eng
