dc.description.abstractMootorrataste rehvivahetuseks on vaja spetsiaalseid rakiseid. Näiteks mootorratta valuvelgedega rataste puhul tuleb kasutada spetsiaalset rehvivahetusepinki, et vältida valuvelgede vigastumist. Töö eesmärgiks on konstrueerida ettevõttele Rabaconda OÜ mootorratta rehvivahetuspink, millega saab mugavalt vahetada valuvelgedel olevaid rehve valuvelgi vigastamata. Lõputöös tutvuti rehvide ja velgede erinevate tüüpidega, rehvivahetustehnoloogiaga ning juba olemasolevate rehvivahetuspinkidega. Samuti käsitleti mootorrataste erinevaid rehvisuurusi ja ergonoomilisi aspekte rehvivahetusel. Eesmärgi täitmiseks koostati projekteerimistingimused, millele pidi rehvivahetuspink vastama ning nende põhjal esmased lahendusvariandid. Nendest valiti hindamise teel välja üks, mille põhjal projekteeriti esimene rehvivahetuspingi prototüüp. Seejärel valmistati prototüüp ning teostati selle katsetamisel saadud ideed ja parandusettepanekud. Töö tulemusena projekteeriti portatiivne kasutajale mugav mootorratta valuvelgedele mõeldud rehvivahetuse pink, mida on võimalik kommertsialiseerida.est
dc.description.abstractSpecial tools and jigs are needed for the replacement of motorcycle tyres, especially when changing tyres on alloy wheels, where there exists the risk of scratching or otherwise damaging the wheel. The purpose of this thesis is to develop a tyre changer for Rabaconda OÜ, which could be used to ergonomically change tyres on motorcycle alloy wheels. Different types of tyres and wheels were characterized in the thesis, as well as tyre change technology. Tyre changers of other manufacturers were tested and analyzed. Different sizes of motorcycle tyres and the ergonomic factors of tyre change were described in the thesis. To achieve the purpose of this thesis, reference conditions for the tyre changer were set and, based on the conditions, primary solutions were found. One solution was selected and a prototype was developed based on it. The prototype was built and tested and changes were made to the tyre changer based on the tests. As a outcome of this thesis, a portable tyre changer for motorcycle alloy wheels was designed, which can be commercialized.eng
