Külvieelse puhtimise mõju söögisibula (Allium cepa) saagikusele maheviljeluse tingimustes

Abstract
Töö eesmärgiks on selgitada välja mahetingimustes külvieelse puhtimise mõju söögisibula kasvamaminekule ning saagikusele. Maheviljeluses on oluline haiguste- ja kahjuritevaba paljundusmaterjali kasutamine ning vajadusel puhtimine. Ei ole lubatud kasutada sünteetilisi pestitsiidide ja mineraalväetisi. Külvieelne puhtimine viidi läbi mahepõllumajanduses lubatud preparaatidega: Mycostop, Prestop, Rhizocell, UBP110, EM ja Bioorg VH. Kombineeriti kolm varianti, EM+Bioorg VH, EM+Mükoriisa, EM+Merevetikaekstrakt. Uuringus teostati põldkatsed ja säilituskatse. 2018. aastal viidi läbi analoogne katse. Sort `Stuttgarter Riesen` puhul sibula tärkamise katses avaldasid statistiliselt usutavat mõju võrreldes kontrollvariandiga puhtimispreparaadid EM+Mükoriisa ja Mycostop. Sort `Sturon` sibulate tükiarvule (tk/m2 ) avaldasid statistiliselt usutavat mõju võrreldes kontrollvariandiga puhtimispreparaadid EM+Bioorg VH ja UBP 110. Sort `Stuttgarter Riesen` säilituskatses avaldasid statistiliselt usutavat negatiivset mõju võrreldes kontrollvariandiga preparaadid EM+Merevetikaekstrakt, EM+Mükoriisa ja Rhizocell. 2018. aastal sort `Stuttgarter Riesen` puhul oli tärkamiskatses usutav mõju preparaatidel Mycostop, Prestop, Rhizocell, EM ja EM+Raskila ja EM+Mükoriisa. Saagikusele avaldas positiivset mõju kombineeritud preparaat EM+Mükoriisa.
 
The aim of the study is to find out the effect on the growth and yield of onions of presowing treatment under the conditions of organic cultivation. In organic farming, the use of disease- and pest-free propagating material and, if necessary, pre-sowing treatment is important. The use of synthetic pesticides and mineral fertilizers is not permitted. The pre-sowing treatment was carried out with preparations approved in organic farming: Mycostop, Prestop, Rhizocell, UBP110, EM, and Bioorg VH. Three variants, EM + Bioorg VH, EM + Mycorrhiza, EM + Seaweed Extract, were combined. The study included field trials and a storage trial. In 2018, a similar experiment was performed. In the case of the variety `Stuttgarter Riesen`, treatment with preparations EM+Mycorrhiza and Mycostop had a statistically significant effect in the onion germination test compared to the control variant. Treatment with preparations EM+Bioorg VH and UBP 110 had a statistically plausible effect on the number of bulbs of the variety `Sturon` (pcs/m2) compared to the control variant. In the storage test of the variety `Stuttgarter Riesen`, the preparations EM + Seaweed Extract, EM + Mycorrhiza, and Rhizocell had a statistically plausible negative effect compared to the control variant.
