Abstract
Erinevatest allikatest on teatatud, et kaubanduses müüdavad paigalduskaablid ei vasta kehtestatud standardile. Standarditele mittevastavate kaablite kohta on tehtud varasemaid uurimusi, kuid on vaja koguda täiendavaid andmeid hetkel müügil olevate kaablite kvaliteedi kohta. Käesoleva uurimistöö eesmärk on välja selgitada, millistele Eestis kehtiva standardi EVS 720:2015 nõuetele vastavad uuringuks valitud kaheksa kaablit. Töö käigus mõõdeti elektrilistest suurustest juhtide elektritakistused ja isolatsioonitakistused ning füüsilistest suurustest määrati ristlõike pindala ja isolatsioonikihi paksus. Ükski uurimistöös vaatluse all olnud kaablitest ei vastanud täielikult standardile. Elektritakistus oli standardile vastav kahel kaablil, kõik ristlõike pindalad vastasid standardile ühel kaablil ja kõik isolatsioonipaksused samuti ühel kaablil. Pooltel kaablitest vastasid nõuetele nii mantli paksus kui ka kaabli läbimõõt. Isolatsioonitakistus oli mõõdetud parameetritest ainus, mis kõikidel kaablitel oli nõuetele vastav. Töös jõuti sarnastele tulemustele, mida kajastas ka Jüri Laursoni oma artiklis. Tööd võiks jätkata ülejäänud katsetega tandardis EVS 720:2015.
 
From various sources have reported that commercially available installation cables do not meet the standard. There are earlier studies about substandard cables, but there is a need to collect additional data on the quality of the currently available cables. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the selected cables in the study meet the applicable standard EVS 720: 2015. In this study there was measured electrical resistances of condoctor and insulating layer. And from physical dimensions are measured thickness of insulating layer and detected the cross-sectional area. None of the cables under observation did fully comply with the standard. Electrical resistance complied with the standard in two cables, and all cross-section areas, as well as the measurements of insulation thickness complied with the standard in one cable. Four uniform cables had an insulation thickness and a cable diameter that complied. Insulation resistance was the only one of measured parameters that was sitisfied by all the cables. The work showed similar results, as reflected in article of Jüri Laurson. Work could be continued with the rest of the tests to the standard EVS 720: 2015.
