Abstract
Lõputöö eesmärk on arvutada kasvatatavate kultuuride väetusbilanss, omahinnad ning majanduslik tasuvus ja võrrelda künni ning minimeeritud harimise tasuvust. Kasutatakse talu põlluraamatute andmeid, majandusaasta aruandeid ja mullaproovide analüüside tulemusi. Masinakulude arvutamisel kasutatud Eesti Maaviljeluse Instituudi masinakulude algoritme. Töö tulemused: Väetamisel tuleb rõhku panna kaaliumiga ja lämmastikuga väetamisele. Põllukultuuridest kasumlikum kasvatada tali - ja suvirapsi ning hernest. Iga kulutaud euro kohta teeniti rapsi puhul 0,60 eurot kasumit, herne puhul 0,77 eurot (2015 aastal). Tasuvam on kasutada minimeeritud harimist. Masinatöödele kulud 44,2 eur/ha väiksemad, kui künnipõhise harimisviisi puhul, ajakulu 50% väiksem, kulude kasv pestitsiididele 13 eur/ha. Investeeringu tegemine otstarbekas ning selle tasuvusaeg 2,2 aastat. Ka eelnevad uuringud on näidanud, et minimeeritud harimine vähendab ettevõtte masinatööde kulusid võrreldes künniga oluliselt. Suurenevad aga kulutused pestitsiididele, mida on ka antud töö arvutuse puhul arvestatud.
 
The purpose of this thesis is to calculate the nutrient balance, net values and economical profitability and to compare the profitability of tilling and minimized cultivation. Field book data, farm accounting and the results soil sample analysis are being used. EMVL engine cost algorithms were used to calculate engine costs in the farm. Results of the thesis: More emphasise on potassium and nitrogen when fertilizing. Most beneficial crops to grow are winter and summer rape and pea. In 2015, per every 1€ spent on rape, 0,60€ profit was earned and for pea, 0,77€ profit. Minimized cultivation is more profitable to use. Engine costs would be 44,2 eur/ha lower, than with tilling. Working hours would also decrease by 50%. Cost for pesticides will increase by 13eur/ha. The investment is reasonable and will pay off in 2,2 years. Recent researches have shown, that minimized cultivation compared to tilling will decrease engine costs significantly, though costs on pesticides will increase.
