Euroopa Liidu energiapoliitika näeb liikmesriikidele ette eesmärki vähendada
energiatarbimist kõikides võimalikes sektorites – juhtnöörid ja standardid on seatud ka
elamusektorile. Magistritöö eesmärgiks oli projekteeritava hoone soojusenergeetiliste
protsesside simuleerimine ja analüüs ning kokkuhoiumeetmete hindamine. Kõigepealt arvutati
hoone küttekoormus ja aastane soojusenergia kulu. Siis arvutati hoone energiatõhusus
programmiga BV2. Seejärel modelleeriti hoonet inseneritarkvaraga Scilab hoone ehituslikele
spetsifikatsioonidele vastavalt, et simuleerida soojusenergiavoogusid ja temperatuuri
kõikumisi hoones. Simulatsiooni kasutati selleks, et hinnata erinevate soojuskadu vähendavate
meetmete tõhusust. Nendest meetmetest hinnati parimaks isolatsioonimaterjalide
suurendamist 50 mm võrra ja madalama soojusjuhtivusega akende kasutamist. Soovitati ka
temperatuuride langetamist vähemkasutatud tubades, et vähendada küttekulu.
The European Union’s energy policy dictates that it’s member states have to reduce energy consumption in every sector – guidelines and standards to reduce energy consumption have also been set for the housing sector. The goal of this master’s thesis was the simulation and analysis of the energetic processes of a planned residential dwelling, while testing methods to reduce the building’s heat consumption. First, the building’s heating load and annual thermal energy consumption was calculated. Then the building’s energy efficiency was calculated with energy efficiency calculating software BV2. Next the building was modelled with engineering software Scilab in accordance with the building’s technical specifications to simulate the thermal energy flows and temperature fluctuations in the building. The simulation was used to assess the benefits of several measures proposed to reduce heat loss. Of those measures, the increasing of insulation material by 50 mm and the use of windows with lower thermal conductivity were determined to be the best. The lowering of room temperatures in little used rooms was also suggested in order to reduce heating costs.
