Abstrakt
Hakkpuidu kasutamine on kasvav trend kogu Euroopas, kuna see võimaldab vähendada
fossiilkütuste kasutamist ja seeläbi vähendada CO2 heitmeid. Hakkpuit on ka
majanduslikult jätkusuutlik alternatiiv teistele energiaallikatele ning see annab ka panuse
töökohtade loomisse piirkondades, kus on palju metsandus- ja puidutööstust.
Käesoleva magistritöö eesmärgiks oli teada saada hakkpuidu tootmise suurimad
kuluartiklid ning pakkuda lahendused kulude kokkuhoiuks ja tootmise efektiivsemaks
muutmiseks. Võrreldi tootmiseks kuluvat energiat hakkpuidust saadud energiaga. Töös
antakse ülevaade hakkpuidu turust Euroopas ning Eestis. Analüüsitakse hakkpuidu
ladustamist ning energeetilisi omadusi ning vaadeldakse tootmiseks kasutatavaid
seadmeid. Töö põhiline osa on kahe enamlevinud ning ettevõttes Sarles OÜ kasutusel
oleva puiduhakkuri Jenzi ning Mus-Maxi tootmiskulude võrdlus. Lisaks sellele
koondamise- ja transpordikulude ülevaade.
Tulemustest selgus, et kõige suurem kuluartikkel kõikide etappide juures oli kütus. Lisaks
sellele peaks ettevõtte Sarles OÜ omale soetama vähemalt ühe liikuvpõranda poolhaagise,
et tootmist efektiivsemaks muuta. Mus-Maxi ja Jenzi tootmiskulude võrdluses on selge,
et Mus-Maxi tootmiskulud on palju väiksemad.
The use of wood chips is a growing trend throughout Europe as it allows for a reduction in the use of fossil fuels and thus reduces CO2 emissions. Wood chips are also an economically sustainable alternative to other energy sources and contribute to job creation in areas with a significant forestry and wood industry. The aim of this master's thesis was to identify the major cost items in wood chip production and provide solutions for cost savings and increased production efficiency. The energy consumption for wood chip production was compared to the energy obtained from wood chips. The thesis provides an overview of the wood chip market in Europe and Estonia. It analyzes wood chip storage and energy properties and examines the equipment used for production. The main part of the thesis compares the production costs of two commonly used wood chippers, Jenz and Mus-Max, in the company Sarles OÜ. Additionally, an overview of consolidation and transportation costs is provided. The results revealed that the biggest cost item at every stage was fuel. Additionally, Sarles OÜ should acquire at least one semi-trailer to increase production efficiency. In the comparison of production costs between Mus-Max and Jenzi, it is evident that Mus-Max has significantly lower production costs.
