Abstrakt
Käesoleva töö eesmärk on analüüsida pottvooderdusega pliidi ja ahju sobivust
põhikütteseadmena. Selleks on leitud küttseadmete tehnilised parameetrid nagu kasutegur,
võimsus, teoreetiline soojamahutavus, maht ja küttepindala. Lisaks on uuritud kütteseadmete
lõõristiku ehitust, konstruktsiooni ja koostamiseks kasutatud materjale.
Üks kahest kütteseadmest on korteri köögis paiknev pliit, mille soojamüür on planeeritud
kütma kööki ja selle kõrval asuvat tuba. Pliit on rekonstrueeritud 2014 aastal, mille käigus
liideti originaalsele soojamüürile kaasaegne pottvooderdusega pliit. Pottvooderdusega
umbkoldega ahi on ehitatud 1935 aastal.
Eksperimentaalselt on mõõdetud suitsugaaside koostist, suitsugaaside temperatuuri,
kütteseadme pinnatemperatuure erinevatest mõõtepunktidest ning teostatud termograafia
kütteseadme soojaväljastuspinna soojenemise asjaolude uurimiseks. Teoreetiliselt leiti
kütteseadmete soojusmahutavus, mass, maht ja küttepinna pindala.
Katsete käigus selgus mõlema kütteseadme väga ebaühtlane küttepinna soojenemine. Pliidi
suitsugaaside uurimisel selgus suitsugaaside liiga madal temperatuur ning suitsugaasis
sisalduva veeauru kondenseerumine slepe tepslil. Ahju suitsugaaside temperatuur oli
minimaalse soovitusliku lähedal. Mõlema kütteseadme kasutegurid olid ootuspärased.
Küttseadmed on oma seisukorrast ja parameetritest lähtuvalt sobilikud edasiseks kasutamiseks
põhikütteseadmena pilliroomattidega soojustatud kolmetoalises rekonstrueeritud korteris.
: In present research the technical parameters are determined and calculated of two stone stoves in target to detect their effectiveness, power, theoretical ability to save energy, volume and heat output areas. During research various components were investigates such as construction, used materials, measures and draft tubes. As well parameters like flue gas composition, temperatures over the heating area, temperature of the flue gas are determined experimentally with flue gas analyzer and infrared camera. One of the partly newly built light weight stove stone is located in the kitchen. The stove is built in combination with the original heat wall. New heating source was constructed and integreted to the heat wall. Second stone stove was originally built more than 80 years ago. That kind of type of stove was most widely built stone stove during 30´s. Experimentally was found that the warm up of both stoves was very irregular all over the the surface. As well temperature of flue gas of both stoves were low but too low on kitchen located stove. Evectiness of both stoves were good and as expected. Based on the investigated data and calculations the research is finilized as guidline for consideration of suitability as the only heating option for newly reconstructed three room enviromentally friendly apartment. Both heat sources are suitable to use as only heating option at the reed mattress ithree room apartment.
