Käesolev töö on ajendatud praktilisest soovist saada teadma 114 aasta vanuse talumaja
energiatõhusus ja selle parendamise võimalustest niivõrd, et see vastaks tänapäevastele
liginullenergia normidele, tootes ise lokaalsetest taastuvatest energiaallikatest elektrit.
Eesmärk on saada tundma hajaenergeetika võimalusi Eesti tingimustes, mida rakendades
anda omapoolne panus taastuvenergeetiliste trendide jätkuvale kasvule, vähendamaks
fossiilsete kütuste põletamist ja sellest tulenevate kahjulike heitmete hulka. Uuritud on
päikese-, tuule- ja puugaasienergia kasutusvõimalusi, tehnoloogiate tootlikust ja
kasutustingimusi valimaks optimaalseim lahendus Viljandimaal paikneva Peedi talu
eluhoone tarbeks elektrienergia tootmiseks. Töö koostamisel on kasutatud kogemuspõhist
kirjandust ja vabavaralisi andmebaase, mis andsid võimaluse õppida teiste vigadest ja
andsid aimu ligilähedasest investeeringu suurusest. Tulemina on järeldatud, et kui on
valmidus edasisteks investeeringuiks, on Peedi talu energiatarve võimalik viia
liginullenergia normidele vastavaks. Peedi talule sobivaimaks ja otstarbekamaks on
säilitada võrguühendus, jättes tarbijale alles mugavuse garantii, kuid olles ise mikrotootja
eeldatava aastase omatarbe tootlikusega. Töös järeldub väiketuulikute sisemaa tingimustes
kasutamise madal perspektiivitus, puugaasi potentsiaal Peedi talus ja päikesepaneelide
kasutus, saamaks tootlikuse ja investeeringu optimaalseimat suhet uuritaval objektil.
Present research was actuated from practical motivation to find out options for reaching nearly zero-energy efficiency goals in 114 years old completely renovated farm living house and gaining its energy needs out of local renewable sources. Likewise to find out dispersed energy production solutions in Estonian climate conditions and desired to contribute to progression of using renewable energy solutions, with the intention to decrease pollution of carbon dioxide conditioned from energy produce by burning fossil fuels. Research gives overview of three renewable sources available in location of Peedi farm, solar energy, wind energy and wood energy. The aim of this research is to find energetical weakspots of the house, with the intention to improve them, and to get overview of local renewable energy production solutions, their profit and performance conditions by choosing the most optimal solution for mikro-producing for providing energy supply for living house of Peedi farm. Researching for this work, author has used experience-based literature and freeware databases, which gave the opportunity to learn from mistakes of others and helped to find out approximate investment cost for possible solutions. After analysis, author concludes that if there is a will to invest more into technical solutions, it is very much possible to reach efficiency which accords to nearly zero-energy terms. Author concludes that conditions of Estonian inland offers low perspective for using small wind turbines and the most convenient way to produce renewable energy locally is using solar panels. Wood is good backup source, which will morelikely be good for autonomus systems.
