Abstrakt
Õppeaine „Mikroprotsessortehnika“ kursuse käigus valmistavad energiakasutuse
üliõpilased õppe-eesmärgil kasutatava trükkplaadi. Õppelaboris kasutatakse trükkplaatidelt
vasekihi üleliigsete osade eemaldamiseks keemilist söövitamist. Selle tehnoloogia
puuduseks on suur ajakulu ja mitterahuldav kvaliteet. Lisaks ei õnnestu soovitud täpsusega
puurida läbiviiguavasi. Ebatäpsed läbiviiguavad raskendavad komponentide paigaldamist
trükkplaadile. Magistritöö eesmärgiks oli vähendada trükkplaatide valmistamiseks kuluvat
aega ja parendada radade ning läbiviiguavade kvaliteeti. Eesmärgi saavutamiseks
projekteeriti ja valmistati arvprogrammjuhitav freespink ja hangiti selle juhtimiseks
vajalikud seadmed. Kirjanduse ülevaates antakse ülevaade trükkplaatide valmistamise
võimalustest, arvprogrammjuhtimisest, samm-mootorite tööpõhimõtetest ja
talitlusviisidest. Materjali ja metoodika osas antakse ülevaade freespingi projekteerimisest,
valmistamisest ja juhtimiseks vajalike seadmete valikust. Tulemuste ja arutelu osas
katsetati valmistatud freespingi töövõimet ja võrreldi sarnaste turulolevate seadmetega.
Lisades on esitatud materjalidele ja seadmetele kulunud hinnad, juhtprogrammid,
tehnilised joonised ja elektriline skeem.
During the course „Microprocessors“ students in Electrical Application Engineering prepare a printed circuit board for study purposes. In the laboratory they use chemical etching to remove excess copper from the circuit boards. The disadvantages of this technology are high time consumption and poor quality. Also it is not possible to drill through-holes with the desired accuracy. Inaccurate holes make it difficult to mount components on the circuit board. The aim of the Master's thesis was to reduce the time required for the production of printed circuit boards and to improve the quality of tracks and through-holes. To achieve this goal, a computer numerically controlled milling machine was designed and manufactured, and the necessary equipment for its control was selected. In the section of literature overview, the possibilities of making printed circuit boards, compter numerical control and the principles and operating methods of stepper motors are shown. In the materials and methods section, overview of the design, manufacture and selection of equipment required are shown. In the results and discussion section, the performance of the milling machine was tested and compared with similar machines on the market. Prices of materials and equipment, G-codes for controlling, technical drawings and wiring diagrams are shown in annexes.
