Abstrakt
Käesoleva bakalaureusetöö eesmärgiks oli võrrelda eri tüüpi teraviljakülvikuid – mehaanilist
teraviljakülvikut, pneumokülvikut ning täppispneumokülvikut. Valik oli täiesti juhuslik,
ainuke standard oli see, et täidetud saaksid kõik erinevad külvikute klassid ning masinad
oleksid samas hinnanguklassis.
Võrreldi külvikuid nende tehase poolt ette antud kriteeriumite põhjal, milleks olid külviühtlus,
külviefektiivsus ja põhilised masinate omadused. Võrdlemise alla ei kuulunud masinate
hinnakirjad ega välimusest tingitud tulemused.
Teostatud said katsed, kus mõõdeti külvatud seemnete reavahet, samuti vaadeldi katse käigus
ka seemnete kaugust teineteisest, ehk pikemas perspektiivis seda, kui kõrgeks või madalaks
võib jääda saagikus juhul, kui seemned langevad liiga kokku või tekivad üleliia suured vahed.
Lisaks sai võrreldud kõigil kolmel teraviljakülvikul erinevaid parameetreid, milleks olid:
külviku mass; külviku punkri kuju; teraviljapunkri mahtuvus; külviku seismajätmine
hetkeliselt; vajalikud hobujõud külviku vedamiseks; teravilja doseerimine; reavahe hoidmine;
vajalike andurite olemasolu; külvi laius ning kiirus. Saadud tulemusi hinnati ning arvustati
üldiselt positiivseid ning negatiivseid omadusi, mis teatud külvikutel esinesid.
Antud tulemused said ka graafilise iseloomustuse, millelt saab välja lugeda kõige
efektiivsemaks teraviljakülvikuks valitud kolme külviku hulgast HORSCH Pronto DC
külviku, kuna saavutas efektiivseima tulemuse enamustes võrreldavates parameetrites.
Saadud tulemusi soovitab üliõpilane kasutada neil, kes soovivad soetada teraviljakülvikut
kuid ei ole sügavalt süvenenud spetsiifilise külviku valimisse, kuna antud bakalaureusetöö
toob välja erinevate teraviljakülvikute puudused ning eelised. Võrreldi küll spetsiifilisi
masinaid, kuid valitud said nad kõik sarnase klassi külvikutena. Seega ei pruugi kõik
ülejäänud külvikud vastavuses olla antud võrdluses esinevate teraviljakülvikutega.
Aim of current diploma work is to analyse and test three different types of seed-drills. Companies producing seed-drills have to face new challenges thanks to fast improvements in agricultural world. Since the competition between different manufacturers is tight, more and more competitors are starting to treathen long-time producers. To keep their companies on top, older manufacturers have to acquire spectacular changes in both techniques and addons. Staying in market means more than copying ohter companies – you have to act innovatively. As the newer manufacturers have a slightly easier way to get to the top, since they can skip dealing with failures others have already faced, there is a serious advantage on older companies, whom people already trust from a long-term relationship. Agricultural machinery is developing by improving older versions of the machines, raising the efficiency. In a long perspective, probably every manufacturer has a plan in mind, a plan to convert every machinery into a large automatic functioning operation, lowering the cost of manpower close to a zero. There are major important steps to take, by the looks of current Technologies, but many starting ones are being taken day by day, as older seed-drills are improved with sensors to ease the work of the people handling them. Also addons are added, which help to prevent mistakes, wastes and help to save large amounts of money.
