Abstrakt
Bakalaureusetöö on koostatud uurimaks laasimise mõju mändide saematerjali oksavaba
väljatulekule ning kvaliteedimuutustele. Varasemalt on kõige põhjalikumalt uurinud laasimise
mõju okaspuudele Teodor Krigul. Teema on aktuaalne, kuna oksavaba puit on kallim ning
raskem saavutada. Töö eesmärgiks on 1956. aastal laasitud mändide aastarõngaste laiuste
mõõtmine, koostada saekavad iga puu kohta ning leida oksavaba saematerjali väljatulek.
Uurimismaterjal käesoleva bakalaureusetöö koostamiseks on saadud Tartumaalt Järvseljalt,
sealsest õppe- ja katsemetskonna kvartalitelt JS222 eraldiselt 1 ja JS221 eraldiselt 2, kus
teostati laasimist 59 aastat tagasi ehk 1956 aastal. Antud proovialadelt valiti välja 12 männi
mudelpuud(puud 1-6 valiti kvartal 221 eraldiselt 2 ning puud 6-12 kvartal 222 eraldiselt 1).
Iga puu kohta võeti neljalt kõrguselt saetud tüveketas. Juurekaelalt, 1,3 meetri kõrguselt, 3,1
meetri kõrguselt ning 6,2 meetri kõrguselt. Palkide saagimiseks saekavade järgi tuli teostada
II saagimist. Keskmine diameeter puudel oli 28,72 cm ning sügispuidu osakaal aastani 1961
oli 27,25% ja aastast 1962 39,95%. Prooviala JS221 saematerjalist osutus oksavabadeks
laudadeks 38,04% ja prooviala JS222 saematerjalist 18%.
Bachelor´s Thesis is composed to investigate the influence of Scots pine pruning to pure sawn timber and quality. Teodor Krigul has explored throughly pruning effects of conifers. Subject is very important because pure sawn timber is expensive and hard to obtain. The purpose of the research is to measure 1956 year pruned pines tree-growth ring width, build cutting patterns for each tree and to find pure sawn timber wood. The data is collected from Tartumaa, Järvselja training and experimental forest district, from quarter 222 allocation 1 and quarter 221 allocation 2. The forest was pruned in 1956. Total of 12 Scots pine trees were taken to observation. For every tree there was 4 stem discs in different heights from root collar, 1,3, 3,1 and 6,1 meters along the trunk up to the treetop. The cutting patterns had 2 sawings. The average diameter was 28,72 centimeters and latewood precentage to year 1961 was 27,25% and from year 1962 to clear cutting was precentage 39,95%. Test area JS221 sawn timber turned out to be pure sawn timber 38,04% and test area JS222 18% .
