Abstrakt
Mootorite koormusstendid on auto- ja masinatööstuses väga tähtsa rolliga. Nende abil saab
hinnata mootori karakteristikuid erinevates töötingimustes. Enamik tööstuses olevad
koormusstendid on võimsad ja kulukad. Suure võimsusega kaasneb mõõteviga, mis
väiksemate mootorite testimisel võib ületada mootori enda võimsust.
Lõputöö eesmärk on projekteerida võimalikult kättesaadavate vahenditega väikese
võimsusega mootori koormusstend. Stend peab olema suuteline koormata mistahes testitavat
katsemootorit, mille võimsus ei ületa stendi võimsust ja pöörlemissagedust 6000 min-1
. Töö
raames loodi koormusstendi tööks vajalikud süsteemid ja seletati lahti nende tööpõhimõtted.
Lõputöö tulemusena loodi tehnilised lahendused koormusstendi konstrueerimiseks. Töö
viimases osas kontrolliti arvutuste paikapidavust ning loodi kättesaadavate vahenditega üks
koormusstendi lihtsustatud süsteem.
Engine load benches play a very important role in the automotive and machinery industry. They can be used to evaluate the characteristics of the engine in different operating conditions. Most load benches in the industry are powerful and costly. High power comes with measurement error, which can exceed the power of the engine itself when testing smaller engines. The aim of the thesis is to design a load bench for a low power engine with the most available means. The load bench must be capable of loading any test engine whose power does not exceed the power of the bench and RPM of 6000. As part of the work, the systems necessary for the operation of the load bench are created and their working principles are explained. As a result of the thesis, technical solutions were created for the construction of the load bench. In the last part of the work, the validity of the calculations was tested and a simplified load bench system was created with the available tools.
