Abstrakt
Bakalaureusetöö eesmärgiks on analüüsida kommutatsiooniprotsessi elektrilistes kaitse ja juhtimisaparaatides ning näidata katselisel meetodil aparaatide sees toimuvaid protsesse
ning mis oleks õppematerjaliks inseneeria-ala üliõpilastele, kellel on elektrotehnika
üldainena. Lõputöö aktuaalsus seisneb eelkõige õigete kaitse- ja juhtimisaparaatide
valikul, tagamaks elektriohutus. Bakalaureusetöö teoreetilises osas antakse ülevaade mini kaitselülitite, releede ja kontaktorite otstarbest, ehitusest ja tööpõhimõttest. Töö
praktilises osas uuritakse esmalt mini-kaitselülitite kommutatsiooniprotsessi. Selleks
tekitatakse katsestendil kaitseaparaadile suur ülekoormus, katsed jäädvustatakse
kaameraga ning luuakse hiljem analüüs teoreetiliste printsiipidega. Teises praktilises osas
uuritakse releede ja kontaktorite kommutatsiooniprotsessi. Selleks luuakse lülitus, kus
relee ja kontaktor lülitab kahte erinevat elektritarbijat. Protsess jäädvustatakse sarnaselt
esimesele praktilisele osale kaameraga, mida seejärel võrreldakse teoreetiliste
printsiipidega. Katsete analüüsist selgub, et kommutatsiooniprotsess kaitse- ja
juhtumisaparaatides toimub vastavalt teoreetilistele väidetele.
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze commutation process in electrical switching gear using experimental methods and to be study material for engineering curriculum students who learn electrical engineering as a general subject. The topicality of the research lies in choosing the correct switching gear and ensuring electrical safety. In the theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis the author gives full overview of miniature circuit breakers, relays and contactors construction, functionality and purpose of use. In the first practical part of the thesis miniature circuit breaker commutation process is examined. In order of examining them several high load experiments were run on circuit breakers on the test stand, while capturing the process with cameras and to later compare the test results with theoretical commutation process principles. In the second practical part of the work commutation process of relays and contactors are examined. In order of examining them the relay and contactor were connected to switch two different types of electrical loads. All the tests were captured by camera and results were later analyzed with theoretical principles. The analysis of the tests show that the commutation process in electrical switching gear are mostly according to the theoretical principles.
