Abstrakt
Lõputöö eesmärgiks on saada ülevaade aastatel 1965-2011 tehtud lõputöödest. Andmeid koguti nii füüsiliselt säilinud töödest kui arhiivi materjalidest. Arhiivis uuriti Eesti Põllumajanduse Akadeemia rektori käskkirju ja Eesti Põllumajandusülikooli rektori käskkirju.
Kokku leiti andmeid 333 lõputöö kohta. Füüsiliselt säilinud töid õnnestus andmete kogumise perioodil leida 216.
Andmed koguti exceli tabelisse, millest kanti üle andmebaasi access. Accessi peamiselt sellepärast, et sinna saab lisada lõputöö juurde ka manuse, samuti on seal andmeid lihtne muuta ja lisada.
Lõputöö teises osas on antud lühike ülevaade lihatehnoloogia eriala kujunemisest, õppekavadest, omandavatest kraadidest, lihatehnoloogia õppejõududest ning ära on toodud andmebaasi access kasutusjuhend. Kasutusjuhendis on peamiselt näidatud otsingute tegemist ning manuse lisamist.
Lõputöö sisaldab 30 lehekülge, 17 tabelit, 14 kirjandusallikat.
The main objective of current thesis was to compile data into database and get an overview about the thesis in meat technology what were made from 1965 to 2011. The data was gathered from preserved papers and also from archival materials. The directives issued by the Rector of Estonian Academy of Agriculture and by the Rector of the Estonian Agricultural University were examined. The data was found about 333 thesis of which 216 are still available. The data were collected to Excel, which was transferred to the database in Access. The Access was used because of its options available: attachments can be added, also it is simple to add and change information. The second part of the thesis is overview about meat technology evolving, curricula, acquiring degrees, meat technology lecturers and instruction how to use Access database. User guide is mainly for showing how to add an attachment and search information. The Master thesis contains 30 pages, 17 figures, 14 references.
