Abstrakt
Põllumajandussaaduste tootmisel on tootjale üks olulisemaid tegureid saagikus, mille
parandamiseks kasutatakse erinevaid väetisi. Antud teema on aktuaalne, kuna suurtes
kogustes väetiste kasutamine avaldab negatiivset mõju keskkonnale. Seetõttu tuleb
väetisi kasutada tasakaalustatud viisil.
Töö eesmärgiks oli anda hinnang bakterväetise nimega Azotobakter vinelandii mõjust
nisu saagikusele ning teatud kvaliteedinäitajatele. Tegu on eksperimentaalse
uurimistööga ning see põhineb 2016. aastal läbi viidud põldkatsel. Kahefaktorilises
katses (mineraalne lämmastik ja mikroobne väetis) oli kokku 30 lappi: 15 pritsitud
Azofixiga ja 15 ilma pritsimata. Mineraalseks lämmastikväetiseks oli
ammooniumnitraat normidega N0, N40, N80, N120 ja N160 kg/ha-1
, millega teostati katse
kolmes korduses. Bakterpreparaati pritsiti kahes korduses kokku 2 l/ha vastavalt enne
võrsumist ja kõrsumisfaasis.
Tuginedes tehtud uurimusele selgus, et Azofixi kasutamisel puudub usutav mõju nisu
mahumassile, 1000 tera massile, proteiinisisaldusele ja saagile kasvupinnaühiku kohta.
Usutav mõju avaldus aga N-väetise kasutamise korral.
Uurimistöö kasutamisel võivad olla sihtgrupiks kõik põllumajandusega seotud isikud.
Käesoleva töö tulemusi on tulevikus võimalik kasutada teiste uurimuste koostamisel.
Näiteks saab analüüsida antud töö raames läbiviidud põldkatse läbiviimise tingimusi ja tulemusi. Töö autor on seisukohal, et antud uurimisvaldkonda tuleks kindlasti uurida ka
edaspidi.
In agricultural production is one of the most important factor for producer the crop yield. The subject is important, because the use of large quantities of fertilizers has a negative impact on the environment. Therefore the fertilizers should be used in a balanced way. The aim of this survey was to evaluate the effect of inoculant named Azofix to wheat yield and some quality indicators. This work is an experimental research what took place in 2016 and was based on a field test. The two-facture experiment (a microbal fertilizer and mineral nitrogen) had a total 30 swabs: 15 with and 15 without sprayed Azofix. Ammonium nitrate was the mineral nitrogen fertilizer with regulations N0, N40, N80, N120, N160 kg/ha-1 with which the test was performed in triplicate. The inoculant was sprayed before sprouting and in shooting phase in duplicate for a total 2 l/ha. Based on the study has revealed that using Azofix had no credible influence on wheat volume mass, 1000 grain weight, protein content and yield per unit area. Therefore, using Nfertilizer, the positive effect was observed. The target of this research may be used by all the people related with agriculture. The results of this work might be used for the preparation of other studies. For example, there is possibility to carry out analysis about the conduction conditions and results of this experiment. The author of this work believes that the branch of this study should be investigated in study.
