Abstrakt
Antud lõputöö eesmärgiks on järgmiste aastate Puidutöötlemise tehnoloogia tudengitele
mõeldud töökojalaua valmistamise praktikumijuhendi koostamine. Töö eesmärgi
täitmiseks seati järgmised ülesanded: töökojalaua projekteerimine ja näidislaua
valmistamine. Lisaeesmärkideks on töökojalaua materjalikulu ja omahinna arvutamine.
Praktikumijuhendi järgi töökojalaua valmis saanud üliõpilane on õppinud kasutama
puidutöötlemise ettevõtetes kasutatavaid seadmeid ning tunneb erinevaid laua
valmistamiseks vajaminevaid tehnoloogilisi etappe.
Laua projekteerimine ning valmistamine koosneb erinevatest etappidest: planeerimine,
jooniste koostamine, materjali valimine, toorikute töötlemine detailideni, plaatmaterjali
lõikamine, viimistlemine, monteerimine.
The aim of this thesis is to prepare a practicum quide about making a workshop table for students of Woodworking Technology in the coming years. To fulfill the purpose of the work, the following tasks were set: designing a workshop table and making a sample table. Additional objectives are the calculation of the material cost and cost of the workshop table. The student who has completed the workshop table according to the practicum quide has learned to use the equipment used in woodworking companies and knows the various technological steps required to make the table. The design and manufacture of the table consists of different stages: planning, making drawings, choosing the material, processing the blanks down to the details, cutting the board material, finishing, assembling.
