Abstrakt
Käesolev lõputöö annab ülevaate kaugküttega kortermajade soojusjaotussüsteemide üldisest
ehitusest, rääkides millised on erinevad radiaatorite erinevad tüübid ning milliseid on neist
enimkasutatavad ja tuues ka välja põhjendusi erinevate tüüpide eelistamiseks või mitte
eelistamiseks. Saime teada, et lisaks soovitud esteetilisusele peab valimisel lähtuma ka vee
keemilistest omadustest ning selle sobivusest süsteemi muude osade materjaliga. Samuti käsitleti
erinevat tüüpi ühendustorusid ning põhilisemaid torustikul kasutatavaid seadmeid. Torude valimisel
saab jällegi lähtuda ka soovitud esteetilisest poolest, aga veelgi olulisem on arvesse võtta torude
paigaldamise asukohta. Näiteks lagede peale ja seintesse kipsplaadi taha paigaldades saab kasutada
pehmemast materjalist ja odavamaid torusid, aga kui torud jäävad kõrvalistele isikutele kergesti
ligipääsetavasse kohta, oleks soovituslik kasutada mehaaniliselt vastupidavamast materjalist torusid.
Ilmnes, et kortermajades olevate keskküttesüsteemide ümber ehitamisse peaks suhtuma äärmiselt
ettevaatlikult ja mitte lubama seda teha igal korteriomanikul omavoliliselt kuna muudatused
süsteemi ühes punktis võivad hiljem mõjutada paljusid teisi kortereid või halvemal juhul ka tervet
maja, põhjustades suuri küttearveid.
Lõputöös käsitleti ka hoone soojusjaotussüsteemi südameks oleva soojussõlme ehitust ning
perioodilise hooldamise vajadust. Kokkuvõttes võib öelda, et soojussõlmes on mitmeid tehnilisi
seadmeid, mida on vaja regulaarselt põhjalikult kontrollida ja läbi viia erinevaid hooldustoiminguid,
mis pikendavad süsteemi eluiga ning vähendavad mitmete ootamatute probleemide tekkimise
võimalust.
This thesis gives an overview about the construction of heat distribution systems of district heating apartment buildings, what the different types of radiators are and which of them are the most frequently used. It also indicates the advantages and disadvantages of certain types of radiators. We discovered that in addition to the desired aesthetics, the chemical properties of the water and the suitability of materials in other parts of the system must also be taken into account when selecting radiators. Different types of connection pipes and the main equipment used in the pipeline were also discussed. Although the desired aesthetics can be used in selecting the pipes, it is even more important to consider the location of the pipes. For example, by installing under ceilings and walls behind the plasterboard softer materials and cheaper pipes can be used, but if pipes are easily accessible it would be advisable to use pipes with a more durable material. It appears that the reconstruction of central heating systems in apartment buildings should be treated with extreme caution and not allowed to be done by each apartment owner arbitrarily as changes in one point of the system may later affect many other apartments or possibly even the whole house, causing large heating bills. The thesis also describes the construction and need for periodic maintenance of the heat node which is the heart of the heat distribution system. In summary, there are a number of technical devices in the heat node that need to be regularly and thoroughly checked together with various maintenance operations to be carried out that prolong the life of the system and reduce the possibility of unexpected problems.
