Abstrakt
Ebavajalik õhuvool või vedelikujuga kahjustab süsteemi erinevatest aspektidest. Peamiseks
kannatajaks on süsteemi lõppkvaliteet. See langeb tänu süsteemi aeglasemale toimimisele
või hoopis tänu väärale lõpptulemusele. Eriti oluline on selline leke avastada juba
tootmises, et vigane toode ei jõuaks ostjani.
Antud lõputöö eesmärgiks on projekteerida testseadme prototüüp, millega on võimalik
määrata Hanza Mechanics Tartu AS toodetava teravilja kvaliteedi määraja Falling Number
1000 jahutuskaane leket.
Prototüübi valmistamiseks tuli kõigepealt valida sobiv lekke tuvastamise meetod. Selleks
valiti rõhu languse meetod tänu oma lihtsale tehnoloogiale ja testi keskkonnale. Seadme
projekteerimisel oli kõige olulisemaks nõudeks lekke testi sooritamise keskkond. Seda
asjaolu tõttu, et elektroonikat sisaldava seadme tootmisliinil on keelatud vedelike
olemasolu. Lisaks sellele tuli valida seadme valmistamiseks vajaminevad komponendid,
teha pneumaatilised ja elektrilised ühendused, luua juhtimissüsteem, paigutada
komponendid korpusesse ja viia läbi katsed.
Läbi viidud katsete tulemusena võib väita, et testseade on võimeline tuvastama leket
Falling Number 1000 jahutuskaanes. Esimene katse näitas, et seade on suuteline kinnitama
lekke puudumist. Teine ja kolmas katse tõestas, et seade on suuteline tuvastama erineva
suurusega lekkeid. Tänu testseadmele muutus töö Falling Number 1000 tootmisliinil
tõhusamaks ja reklamatsioonide hulk vähenes, mis tõi endaga kaasa kulude kokkuhoiu.
Testseadme universaalsemaks muutmine on prototüübi edasiarenduse poole pealt kõige
olulisem. Antud seadmel on potentsiaali lihtsustada mitmete teiste toodete valmimist.
Selleks tuleks mõelda kvaliteetsemate komponentide soetamisele ja juhtimissüsteemi
muutmisele. Lisaks trükkplaadi disainimine oleks asjakohane.
Unnecessary air-flow or a fluid stream can be harmful for systems on different aspects. The quality of the final system is the main parameter what is affected. It can go down because of the slower functioning of the system or thanks to the incorrect end result. It is very important that the fault is already found in the production to insure that the faulty product doesn't reach the consumer. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to design a test device prototype which is capable of recognizing leakage I the grain quality instrument Falling Number 1000 cooling lid which is produced in Hanza Mechanics Tartu AS. To make this kind of test device then firstly you would need to choose the right leak testing method. In this thesis the pressure decay method was chosen because the technology of the test is simple and the environment of the test is dry. The most important requirement of the test device is the test environment because no fluids are allowed on the production line. In addition to choosing the leak testing method, the components of the test device had to be chosen, pneumatic and electrical connection were made, the control system was created, all the components were placed in to the machine frame and tests were carried out. The test results showed that the designed test device is capable of detecting leakage in the falling number 1000 cooling lid. The first test showed that device is capable of confirming that cooling lid is operational. The second and third test showed that the device is capable of detecting different sizes of leaks. Thanks to the test device the work in Falling Number 1000 production line becomes more effective and the number of reclamations decreased which lead to cost savings. Making test device more universal is the most important thing when talking about further development. This device had the potential to simplify the production of many other products. To accomplish this, the components should be chosen of higher quality and the changes have to be made in the control program. In addition a printed circuit board should be designed.
