Abstrakt
Rahvastiku kiire kasvu tõttu seisab ühiskond silmitsi probleemiga - kuidas tagada kõigi elanike
energiavajadus. Eelnevatel aastakümnetel on selleks kasutatud fossiilseid maavarasid, milledest
energia tootmine võib ammenduda järgmiste aastakümnete jooksul. Samuti on see kahjulik kogu
keskkonnale. Samuti tuleks arvestada asjaoluga, et energiatarbeks vajalike maavarade mõjutab
järeltulevate põlvede heaolu. Magistritöö eesmärgiks oli hinnata päikesepaneelide
kasutusvõimalusi praeguses majandussituatsioonis ning toodangu osakaalu globaalses tootmises.
Lisaks toodi välja erinevate taastuvate energiaallikate potentsiaal ning siiani saavutatud mahud.
Lõputöö tulemuste põhjal võib öelda, et päikesepaneelide osakaal taastuvenergiaallikatest energia
tootmisel on globaalselt väga väike. Päikesepaneelide tootmismaht pole suur ning antud valdkond
ei loo inimestele uusi töökohti, ega ole majanduslikult tasuv. Autor soovitab eelistatult
investeerida bioenergiasse, ehk täpsemalt bioenergiajaamadesse. Tegemist on jätkusuutlikuma
energia tootmise viisiga mille tootmisprotsessi tulemusena tekib erinevaid energialiike ning
inimeste tööhõive on suurem.
Rapidly growing population stands society face to face to a problem - how to meet global energy needs. In previous decades, this has been done using fossil mineral resources, of which energy production will be exhausted in the coming decades. Other than that, it pollutes our surrounding and harms nature. In addition, it creates a big question to next generations - how to cope with energy needs if the resources are running out. This thesis is aimed to assess the possibilities of using solar panels and production rate in global production of renewable resources. Also there was brought out potential for several renewable resources and volumes achieved so far. Thesis concluded that solar panels contribution to produce energy from renewable energy resources is ver small. As the solar panel production capacity globally is small and it does not offer jobs, the author suggests to invest in bioenergy plants. It is a sustainable, providing several different types of energy when being processed and it offers different jobs for the plant to work.
