Abstrakt
Tehastes, laborites, kauplustes suureneb nõudlus paindlikkuse järele, kasvava automaatika
ja tööstus sektori eesmärgiks on kombineerida masina kiirus, täpsus, tõhusus ja inimeste
oskus probleeme lahendada. Eesti Maaülikool on hankinud koostööroboti UR3 õppetöösse,
mille kasutatavust on võimalik suurendada. Töö eesmärk on anda lisa võimalus õppeaine
Robotitehnika põhikursuse TE.0959 läbiviimiseks. Töö käigus projekteeriti koostööroboti
õpperakk konveieriga, paralleelhaarats ja vaakumhaarats. Õpperakk on mõeldud üliõpilaste
praktilise kogemuse hankimiseks, automaatika ja tööstus valdkonnas. Lõputöö käigus valmis
jälgimissüsteemiga konveier, pneumaatiline paralleel haarats ja vaakumhaarats.
Jätkuuringutes saab välja töötada erinevaid haaratsi prototüüpe, arendada UR3
masinnägemist protsessi automatiseerimiseks ja suurendada UR3 haardeulatust.
In factories, laboratories, and shops, the demand for flexibility is increasing, and the aim of the growing automation and industrial sector is to combine machines' speed, accuracy, and efficiency with people's ability to solve problems. Estonian University of Life Sciences has acquired a cooperation robot for UR3 teaching, the usability of which can be increased. The aim of the thesis is to provide additional opportunities for conducting the basic course TE.0959 in the subject of Robotics. In the course of the work, the learning cell of the cooperation robot was designed with a conveyor, a parallel gripper, and a vacuum gripper. The aim of the study cell is to offer students the opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of automation and industry. A conveyor with a tracking system, a pneumatic parallel gripper, and a vacuum gripper has been created during the study. Further research can develop different gripper prototypes, develop UR3 machine vision to automate the process, and increase UR3 reach.
