Abstrakt
There is rising interest in extracellular vesicles (EVs) as natural antimicrobials against food spoilage and ensuring food safety. These membrane-bound particles exhibit bioactive properties, making them intriguing for scientific exploration. Our investigation outlines the antimicrobial efficacy of pasteurized cattle milk-derived EVs against Staphylococcus aureus, offering novel insights into natural antimicrobial agents for addressing microbial food quality and safety.
