Abstrakt
Eestis leidub veel väga laialdaselt traditsioonilisi taluhooneid, mida võib pidada maapiirkonna
miljööd väärtustavaks teguriks ja ühe enam kolitakse maapiirkondadesse tagasi ja puhutakse elu
sisse vanadele hoonetele. Hoone renoveerimisel on oluline pöörata tähelepanu kütteenergia kulule.
Renoveerimise eesmärk peaks olema võimalikult väike energiakulu.
Töö eesmärgiks on prognoosida hoone soojusenergiavajadust erinevate metoodikatega ning
võrrelda prognooside tulemusi kuise mõõteperioodi kohta.
Arvutusmetoodikatest on valitud välja kolm, millest kaks põhinevad standardites ja määrustes
antud arvutustele. Kolmas metoodika põhineb reaalse hoone küttesüsteemi parameetrite
mõõtmistulemustele.
Tulemused erinevate kahe esimese ja kolmanda metoodika vahel näitasid suuri erinevusi.
Mõõtmistulemuste põhjal saadud kütteenergia erines teistest ligi 35 % võrra. Põhjuseks on toodud
vana taluhoone konstruktsioonid, mida on keeruline määratleda. Uuritav hoone pärineb aastast
1936 ja konstruktsioonimaterjalid on saanud ajaga niiskuskahjustusi, mille tulemusena arvutustes
kasutatavad soojustehnilised omadused ei ole enam samaväärsed. Järeldusena saab öelda, et
metoodikad sobivad prognoosimiseks uute hoonete puhul ja eeldavad kütteautomaatika
olemasolu.
There are still very many traditional farm buildings in Estonia, which can be considered a factor valuing the rural environment. When renovating a building, it is important to pay attention to the cost of heating energy. The aim of the renovation should be to keep energy consumption to a minimum. The aim of the work is to forecast the heat energy demand of the building with different methodologies and to compare the results of the forecasts for the monthly measurement period. Three of the calculation methods have been selected, two of which are based on calculations given in standards and regulations. The third method is based on the measurement results of the parameters of a building heating system. The results between the two first and third methods showed large differences. The heating energy obtained the measurement results difference from the others by almost 35%. The reason is the constructions of the old farm building, which are difficult to define. The building under study was built in 1936, and the structural materials have been damaged by moisture over time, as a result of which the thermal properties used in the calculations are no longer equivalent. In conclusion, it can be said that the methods are suitable for forecasting in the case of new buildings and presuppose the existence of heating automation.
