Abstrakt
Ehitusregistri andmetel lubati 2016.aastal kasutusse 4732 uut eluruumi, see on 763 eluruumi rohkem kui aasta varem. Eesti ehitusettevõtted ehitasid 3% rohkem kui eelneval aastal. Viiendat aastat järjest kasvas uute eluruumide arv. Eluruumide arvu kasv suurendab piirdeaedade rajamise vajadust. Lõputöö käsitleb pinnasepuur Echo EA-410 seadme tootearendust ja täiustamist, eesmärgiga seadmel esinevate puuduste väljatoomist ja parendamist. Töö koostamisel on konsulteeritud kahe spetsialisti arvamusega, kes kasutavad antud masinaid igapäevaselt. Teostatud on turuanalüüs olemasolevate lahenduste ja seadmete parameetrite võrdlemiseks. Tulemusena on välja toodud seadmete eelised ja puudused.
Järgnevalt teostati Echo EA-410 põhjalik ülevaade seadmel esinevatest puudustest. Peamisteks probleemseteks kohtadeks on väljundvõlli seiskamise puudus ning käepidemete nõrkus ja ebamugavus. Reduktori seiskamiseks on välja pakutud kaks lahendust. Käepideme puuduste kõrvaldamiseks projekteeriti konstruktsioon ühes tükis ning asendati olemasolev gaasihoob kahe teisega.
Lõputöös püstitatud eesmärk sai täidetud. Antud seadmel esinevad puudusetele pakuti välja lahendused ning sobivuse korral need rakenduvad.
According to the Estonian Register of Buildings, 4732 new dwellings were authorised in 2016, 763 more than in the previous year. Estonian building companies built 3% more than in the previous year. The number of new dwellings grew for the fifth year in a row. The growth of dwellings increases the need of fencing. This thesis concerns the product design and improving of the Echo EA-410 earth auger, with the aim of presenting various disadvantages of the device and the ways of improving said disadvantages. Two specialists who use devices said on a daily basis were consulted for the thesis. A market analysis in order to compare established solutions and the parameters of devices was carried out. As a result, the advantages and disadvantages of the devices have been presented. A comprehensive overview of the Echo EA-410 device has been given. The main problems are the lack of shutting down the output shaft and the weakness and discomfort of the handles. Two solutions of shutting down the reductor have been offered. In order to remove the disadvantages of the handles, the construction was designed in one piece and the available accelerator was replaced with two others. The aim of the thesis was achieved. Solutions for the disadvantages of the device were offered and if suitable, will be applied.
