Abstrakt
Bakalaureusetöö eesmärgiks on teostada iseliikuva šassiitraktoriga agregaaditud vikat- ja rootorniiduki tehnikataset võrdlev analüüs ning uurida niitmiseks kuluvat vajalikku võimsustarvet, et teha sobivama niiduki valik kasutusel olevale traktorile hooldusniitmise vajaduse otstarbest lähtuvalt. Esimeses peatükis kirjeldatakse iseliikuvat šassiitraktorit T-16M ja selle opereerimist ning räägitakse vikat- ja rootorniiduki ehitusest ning töötamisest. Teises osas teostatakse vajalikud arvutused traktori veovõimsuse ning vikat- ja rootorniiduki võimsustarbe leidmiseks. Lisaks esitatakse katseplaan arvutuste kontrollimiseks. Kolmandas peatükis on esitatud tulemused ja järeldused põhinedes teoreetilistele arvutustele. Uurimuse tulemus näitab, et vikatniiduk on energiasäästlikum kui rootorniiduk, aga tundlikum heinas peituvate objektide suhtes purunemisele. 2,1 meetrise töölaiusega vikatniiduk kasutab traktori neljanda käigu juures kiirusel 9,02 km/h 4,65 kW energiat töö tegemiseks. Rootorniiduk tarbib teise käigu juures liikumiskiirusel 6,25 km/h 7,04 kW energiat 1,22 meetrise töölaiuse puhul, aga on purunemiskindlam ja parema manööverdamisvõimega. Bakalaureusetööd on võimalik kasutada niidukite projekteerimisel jõumasina valimisel niiduki võimsustarbe alusel.
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to carry out a comparative analysis of the technical level of sickle bar and rotary mower aggregated with a self-propelled chassis tractor T-16M and to study the necessary power consumption required for mowing, in order to make a choice of the most suitable mower based on the purpose of the need for maintenance mowing for the tractor in use. The first chapter describes the T-16M self-propelled chassis tractor and how to operate it and talks about the construction and operation of the sickle bar and rotary mower. In the second part, the necessary calculations are performed to find the traction power of the tractor and the power consumption of the sickle bar and rotary mower. In addition, a test plan is presented to verify the calculations. The third chapter presents results and conclusions based on theoretical calculations. The result of the research shows that the sickle bar mower is more energy-efficient than the rotary mower, but more sensitive to breaking due to objects hidden in the hay. A sickle bar mower with a working width of 2.1 meters uses 4.65 kW of energy to perform work at a speed of 9.02 km/h in the fourth gear of the tractor. The rotary mower consumes 7.04 kW of energy in the second gear at a travel speed of 6.25 km/h for a working width of 1.22 meters but is more resistant to breakage and has better maneuverability. Bachelor's thesis can be used in the design of mowers when choosing a power machine based on the mower's power consumption.
