Abstrakt
Magistritöö „Pneumosõiduki jõuülekande projekt“, käsitleb rakenduskõrghariduse lõputöö
„Pneumaatilise radiaalmootori projekt“ raames loodud pneumaatilist radiaalmootorit ning
selle edasiarendust. Magistritöö eesmärk on parandada rakenduskõrghariduse lõputöö
raames valminud ajamit, samal ajal eksperimenteerides ebastandartsete meetoditega
jõuülekannete vallas. Magistritöö käigus projekteeritakse ja koostatakse komplektne ajam
mis koosneb mootorist, käigukastis ning lõppülekandest koos vedava sillaga. Käigukastis
kasutatud vesilõikusega toodetud mooduliga üks hammasrattad töötavad hästi ning selle
meetodi abil valmistatud detaile võib kasutada vähese täpsusega süsteemides või keskmise
täpsusega süsteemides prototüüp kehadena. Täiendavaid uuringuid on tarvis läbi viia
erinevate materjalide, paksuste ning moodulite kohta.
Master’s thesis „Pneumatic vehicle power transmission project” focuses on the pneumatic radial motor and it’s advancement from professional higher education thesis “Pneumatic radial motor project”. The purpose of the master’s thesis is to improve the drivetrain while also experimenting with non-standardized solutions in the power transmission subject. The methods of the master’s thesis are: creating theories and testing them. During the master’s thesis project, a complete drivetrain, which consists of motor, planetary gearbox and final drive with driving axle, is designed and assembled. Abrasive water jet cut gears in the planetary gearbox work well and this method can be used in low demanding drivetrains as well as in low or medium demanding drivetrains as a prototype part. Additional research is needed about different materials, thicknesses and gear modules.
