Abstrakt
Järjest enam otsitakse keskkonnasäästlikumaid meetodeid erinevate haiguste tõrjeks. Sellest
lähtuvalt oli magistritöö eesmärk välja selgitada viinapuude osoneeritud veega pritsimise mõju
jahukaste levikule.
taimede osoonitud veega pritsimise mõju viinapuu lehtede mikrofloorale.
ainult suvel. Tuvastati järgmised seeneliigid: Trichoderma asperellum, Fusarium sp., Botrytis
cinerea, Penicillium sp., Trichoderma harzianum, Peniophora sp. ja Phlebia acerina/rufa
Increasingly, more environmentally friendly methods are being sought to control various diseases. In this context, the aim of the thesis was to investigate the impact of spraying vines with ozonated water on the spread of powdery mildew. Subsequently, to isolate the fungi colonising the leaf surface and leaf tissues and to determine the abundance of fungal colonies and, on the basis of these results, to determine the effect of ozonated water spraying of plants of the cultivar 'Regent' in the high tunnel and of the cultivar 'Hasanski Sladki' in the open field on the microflora of vine leaves. The test results revealed that powdery mildew occurred only in the open field and that ozonated water spraying had an positive effect only in summer, with no effect in autumn, when weather conditions were favourable for the spread of the disease. Also in the high tunnel, spraying with ozonated water had an inhibitory effect on the development of fungal colonies only in summer, whereas in autumn it was beneficial. the following fungal species were identified: Trichoderma asperellum, Fusarium sp., Botrytis cinerea, Penicillium sp., Trichoderma harzianum, Peniophora sp. ja Phlebia acerina/rufa.
