| dc.description.abstract | Erametsandusega seotud probleemid on üsnagi aktuaalne teema. Küll on arutletud selle üle, miks erametsaomanikud oma metsa ei majanda, miks erametsaomanikud oma metsa ei uuenda. Nendele küsimustele vastuse saamiseks viidi läbi kvalitatiivne uuring Läänemaa Metsaühistu tasandil ja Läänemaa Erametsaomanike seas. Eesmärgiks on välja selgitada, millised on praegusel hetkel probleemid erametsanduses erametsaomanike endi arvates ja Läänemaa Metsaühistu vaatenurgast. Uurimismeetodiks on personaalsed intervjuud, intervjuud toimusid nelja Läänemaa erametsaomanikuga ja Läänemaa Metsaühistu tegevjuhiga. Üheks peamiseks probleemiks on erametsades vähene uuendamine okaspuudega, teiseks ulukikahjustused, kolmandaks looduskaitselised ja muud piirangud, maksupoliitika ning inimeste vähene aktiivsus. Peamiseks erametsa majandamise motivaatoriks on metsandustoetused. Toetustel on positiivne mõju ning on tähtis, et riigi poolsed metsandustoetused säiliksid. | et |
| dc.description.abstract | Problems related to private forestry are quite topical. There have been discussions on why forest owners do not manage their forest, or why they do not renew their forest. To receive answers to these questions, a qualitative study was conducted in Läänemaa Forest Association and among private forest owners in Läänemaa. The aim was to uncover what kind of problems there are in private forestry from the point of view of private forest owners and Läänemaa Forest Association. The research method was a personal interview, they were conducted with four forest owners in Läänemaa and the Executive Director of the Forest Association. The main problems are as follows: insufficient renewal of private forests with conifers, damage caused by wild animals, nature protection and other restrictions, tax policy and people’s insufficient activity. The main motivator for the management of private forests is subsidies. They always have a positive impact, and are granted from the state budget for the development of private forestry. | en |
