| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaureusetöös on välja toodud mõned metsaseaduse muudatused, mis on enamasti aastast 2014 ja mõned muudatused alles võetakse vastu. Lõputöö eesmärk on teada saada kas muudatustega kaasneb rohkem kasu või kahju. Töös on kasutatud erinevaid metsaseaduse muudatustega seonduvat kirjandust ja autori poolt kogutud andmeid metsauuendamise kohta. Lõputöö tulemusena selgub, et erametsaomanike jaoks metsamajandamine läheb lihtsamaks, aga samas ka meie okaspuu metsad asenduvad lehtpuu metsadega. Lisaks mõjutab meie metsade raiemahtusid peale seaduste veel väga tugevalt ka majanduslik olukord ja puidu hind turul. Antud tööd saaks tulevikus kindlasti edasi uurida, kuna seaduse muudatuste mõju ei tule nii lühikese ajaga täielikult esile. | et |
| dc.description.abstract | The Bachelor's Thesis points out some amendments to the Forest Act, which arise from 2014 or are being adopted. The aim of the study is to find out how the amendments bring along more benefits or restrictions to practical forest management. Literature about amendment of the Forest Act and self-collected data about reforestation are used in the study. As a result of the study it becomes evident, that forest management gets easier for private forest owners, but our conifer forests will be replaced by broad-leaved forest. Also, in addition to laws the prescribed cuts of our forests are severely affected by the economic situation and timber price at the market. This subject can clearly be further studied in the future, because the impact of the amendments of the Act does not fully rise within so short timeframe. | en |
