Abstrakt
Bakalaureusetöös uuriti tootmise mõju silo fermentatsioonile ja keemilisele koostisele.
Selleks koostati 2016. aasta siloproovide analüüsi tulemustest MS Excel 2013 programmi
andmebaas. Silo tootmistegurite analüüsil uuriti erinevate silokultuuride, hoidla tüübi, niite,
silokindlustuslisand mõju silo keemilisele koostisele, toiteväärtusele ja fermentatsiooni
kvaliteedile. Siloproovide fermentatsiooni kvaliteedi ja keemilise koostise näitajad määrati
keemilisel analüüsil Eesti Maaülikooli söötmisteaduse õppetooli sööda ja ainevahetuse
uurimise laboratooriumis.
Põhiliseks söödaks veistele on tänapäeval silo. Silo kvaliteet mõjutab loomade heolu, tervist
ja toodangu kvaliteeti. Erinevatel silokultuuridel on neile omane keemiline koostis ja
kasvamiseks sobivad tingimused, millega peab arvestama silo tootmisel.
Põllumajandustootjad kasutavad erinevaid silohoidlaid sõltuvalt võimalustest ja vajadustest.
Silo fermentatsiooni kvaliteedi parandamiseks kasutatakse silokindlustuslisandeid, mis
pidurdavad mittesoovitud mikroorganismide arengut ning parandavad fermentatsiooni.
In this Bachelor’s thesis were analysed silage productions effects on fermentation, metabolism and chemical composition. Program Excel 2013 was used to input silage analysis data on to a complete database. Different production factors were caused by plant crops, silage storage, cutting phase and silage additive. The effects of production factor were compared with chemical composition, metabolism and fermentation quality. Silage samples were analyzed in the laboratory of feed analyses and metabolism at the Estonian University of Life Sciences. Nowadays the main feed for bovines is silage. Silage quality affects animal welfare and health. Different plant crops for silage have inherent chemical composition and habitat areas. These factors are important for growing good ensilaged material. Agriculture producers are using diferent silage storage systems according to their needs and possibilitis. To ensure silage fermentation quality agriculture producers are using diferent silage additives to reduce undesirable microorganisms development.
