Abstrakt
Must pässik (Inonotus obliquus) on patogeenne seen kandseente hõimkonnast.
Viimastel aastatel on erametsaomanikel tõusmas suur huvi kasvatada pässikut raviseenena
kaasikutes.
Nendele
neljale proovile eelnenud nädala ilmaandmed seoti tulemustega.
Sellised uuringud on vajalikud, see avab
ühe lehtpuude mädaniku tekitaja leviku potentsiaali.
Inonotus obliquus is a pathogenic fungus of the genus Basidiomycota. In recent years, private forest owners have become increasingly interested in growing Inonotus obliquus as a medicinal mushroom. The aims of the bachelor's thesis were to document the spread of fungal spores and to find possible connections between the spread of spores and the weather. During the two calendar years (26.11.2017–24.11.2019), 1371 samples collected from Tartu County with a spore trap were subjected to qPCR analysis and four Inonotus obliquus DNA samples were found. Weather data for the week preceding these four samples were related to the results. Inonotus obliquus spores occurred in July (1 sample) and August (3 samples). All samples containing Inonotus obliquus spores were night samples, at temperatures above 10 ° C and high relative humidity (>70%). Such studies are necessary because it reveals the spread potential of a single deciduous rot agent.
