Metsanduslikes teadusuuringutes on Eestis analüüsipuid seni suhteliselt
tagasihoidlikult kasutatud. Samas need võimaldavad meil tunduvalt täpsemalt ja
detailsemalt uurida puude kasvu kogu puu ulatuses.
Käesoleva lõputöö eesmärgiks on võrrelda puude radiaalset juurdekasvu puutüve
erinevatel kõrgustel ja analüüsida kliima mõju hariliku männi (Pinus sylvestris L.) puu
aastarõngale ning vara- ja hilispuidule.
Kasutatud on kümne Järvselja hariliku männi analüüspuu kettaid (tähistatud 0 ketas
kännult kuni J ketas ladva osast), millelt mõõdeti LINTAB süsteemiga 0,01 mm
täpsusega aastarõngaste laiused, sealjuures vara ja hilispuidu osad eraldi.
Analüüsipuude erinevatelt kõrgustelt võetud ketaste võrdlemisel ilmnes, et puude
aastarõngaste laiuste indeksid kogu puu ulatuses olid võrreldud perioodil suhteliselt
heas korrelatsioonis välja arvatud J ketas. Samuti varapuidu juurdekasvuseeriad
korreleerusid suhteliselt hästi, välja arvatud A ja J ketas. Hilispuidu osas korreleerusid
suhteliselt hästi B kuni H kettad.
Tulemustest võib veel esile tõsta kasvuaastale eelneva aasta augustikuu keskmise
temperatuuri ning septembrikuu sademete summa negatiivse mõju puude aastarõngaste
radiaalsele juurdekasvule. Oluliseks positiivseks aastarõnga radiaalset juurdekasvu
soodustavaks teguriks oli kasvuaasta vegetatsiooniperioodi keskmised temperatuurid.
Kasvuaastale eelneva aasta augustikuu keskmise temperatuuri negatiivset mõju on
täheldatud ka varasemalt teostatud uurimustes. Saadud kliimategurite mõjud puude
radiaalsele juurdekasvule, samuti vara- ja hilispuidule, viitavad puus toimuvatele
protsessidele (vegetatsiooniperioodi algus, lõpp ning puhkeperioodiks valmistumine).
In forest research have been used stem analysis relatively modestly in Estonia so far. However, they enable us to examine tree growth of the entire tree considerably detailed and accurately. The aims of the study are to compare the radial increment of tree-rings (also early- and latewood) at different heights of stem and to analyze the climate impact to tree-ring width, early- and latewood of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.). There have been used stem discs of 10 trees from different analyze trees from Järvselja (marked 0 disc from stump up to J disc from top). Tree-ring, early- and latewood width were measured with LINTAB system with accuracy of 0.01 mm. Results of study showed that comparing discs, which were taken from different heights from analyze trees were relatively good correlation between tree-ring indices along whole tree trunk except disc J. Also, early wood increment series correlated well, except A and J disc. Relatively good correlation appeared on discs B till H from latewood data. Results of correlation analysis revealed, that statistically significantly negative effect to trees radial increment was found with previous year average temperature in August and precipitation in September. Average growing season temperature showed statistically significant positive correlation to tree radial increment. Negative effect of previous year August average temperatures also been found from previous studies. The climatic factors as significant factors influencing the radial growth of trees, also early- and latewood, referring to the processes, which are taking
