Abstrakt
Tehnoloogia kiire arengu tõttu on kodumajapidamistes järjest rohkem hakatud kasutusele võtma
uusi ning kaasaegseid elektriseadmeid, mis on ajapikku muutnud meid elektrienergia olemasolust
üha sõltuvamaks. Seadmepargi pideva täiendamise tulemusel kasvab paratamatult ka nõudlus
elektrienergiale. Käesoleva magistritöö eesmärgiks oli kavandada kodumajapidamisseadmetele
keskne elektritarbimise juhtimissüsteem, mis tugineb avatud elektriturul toimuvatele elektrihinna
muutustele erinevate seadmete juhtimisel. Töö eesmärgi saavutamiseks viidi esmalt läbi
teemakohane küsitlus, selgitades välja, millised on inimeste väljakujunenud tarbimisharjumused ja
nende paindlikkus. Ühtlasi uuriti tavatarbijate teadlikkust energiaäästu ja elektri börsihindade
seisukohtadest. Lõputöös käsitletava seadmete juhtimisüsteemi põhimõte seisneb odavate
elektrihinna piirkondade kasutamisel suurte tarbimisvõimsuste korral. Seadme üldise
kontseptsiooni kirjeldamise käigus saadi palju positiivset vastukaja, mis on ajendanud töö autorit
antud teemasse veelgi enam süvenema, mille tulemusel võib antud lõputöö osutuda oluliseks
verstapostiks juhtimisseadme reaalse prototüübi ehitamisel.
Due to rapid technology development in households’, people have begun to start using new, modern electrical devices, which has made us more dependent on the availability of electricity than ever. Continuous upgrading of household’s appliances has inevitably raised the demand for electricity. The aim of this master’s thesis was to sketch a central electricity consumption management system for households’ appliances, which is based on the price changes at the open electricity market. A topical survey was conducted among people to get information about their electricity consumption and its flexibility. Also, the survey included questions about people’s awareness of the electricity exchange prices and energy-saving methods. The principle behind the central electricity consumption management system is to consume electricity in larger volumes when the electricity price is low and vice versa. As the research paper received a lot of positive feedback on this central electricity consumpton management system during its’ completion, it has encouraged the author to work even harded on this project and maybe this writing could be an important milestone in the creation of a technical solution for this kind of device.
