Abstrakt
Käesoleva uurimistöö eesmärgiks oli torusselüspsimasinate ergonoomilisuse hindamist
võimaldavate meetodite tuvastamine. Uurimistööst võib teha järgmisi järeldusi:
1. Kõiki potentsiaalseid uurimismeetodeid on võimalik kasutada, kuid lühiajalisel
uurimisel ei anna need kõik arvestatavat tulemust.
2. Kirjanduse analüüsist selgus, et enim esinenud vaevused on seotud kaela, õla, käe ,
randme ja alaselja piirkonnaga.
3. Kirjanduse analüüsist selgus, et on uuritud rohkem vaevusi ja nende tagajärgi, mitte
põhjuseid.
4. Müomeetriaga saadud tulemustest selgus, et erinevate lüpsimasinate teisaldamine ei
avaldanud selgelt eristuvat mõju trapetslihasele.
5. Müomeetriga arvestavate tulemuste saamiseks peab mõõtmisi teostama
pikemaajaliselt.
6. Haarde konformsuse meetod on kasutatav lüpsimasinate hindamiseks, kuid vastav
metoodika, kuidas oleks seda otstarbekas kasutada, vajab täiendavat uurimist.
7. Vaatlusaluse füsioloogiline energiatarve oli 71 W. Lüpsimasinate teisaldamisel ei
ületanud pulss kordagi 125 löögi minutis ning vaatlusalusel osutus teisaldamine
keskmiselt raskeks tööks.
8. Lüpsimasina teisaldamisel osutus kõige mugavamaks MilkMaster, sest käepide oli hea
pikkusega, lüpsiriist ning kraan olid kindlalt kinnitatud masina külge.
9. Lüpsimasina Duovaci teisaldamisel oli probleemiks lühike käepide, kehv kraani
kinnitus masina küljes ning pikad ja segavad voolikud.
10. Lüpsimasina ADU1 oli kerge teisalda lühikese distantsi puhul, pikemal teisaldamisel
jääb asendi tõttu õlg valusaks.
11. Lüpsimasinate MilkMasteri ja Duovaci teisaldamisel koos ämbriga tõusis pulss
ühtlaselt. ADU1 koos ämbriga teisaldamisel kehalisele koormusele mõju ei avaldanud.
12. Käe poolt arendatav summaarne jõud lüpsimasinate hoidmisel kehaga paralleelselt oli
MilkMasteril 398 N ja Duovacil 506 N. Lüpsimasinate hoidmine keha kõval oli
MilkMasteril 309 N ja Duovacil 329 N. ADU1 hoidmisel oli summaarne jõud 100N.
13. Kollektorite suurem läbimõõt tagab kindlalt käes püsimise.
14. Koostatud on lüpsimasinate hidamisankeet.
15. Antud katsemeetodite ja tingimuste põhjal ei saa lõpliku hinnangut anda.
There are two well-known milking systems in use: tethered and free-range. Consequently, the milking is conducted differently. From the literature review it became clear that in Estonia tethered system and pipeline milking system related to it are still in use. Despite the need to use workforce rationally there is no solution to evaluate the user-friendliness of machines. Since user-friendliness, well-being and effective use of working hours are important parts of ergonomics, the purpose of the master’s thesis is to ascertain the methods to evaluate the ergonomics of pipeline milking equipment. The topic was chosen because according to the author’s knowledge no research has been conducted about the evaluation of pipeline milking equipment´s ergonomics aspects. Research is based on three milking machines which can be found in the laboratory of Estonian University of Life Sciences. The results show that all potential research methods can be used but not all show significant results when performed in a short amount of time. Myometry results showed no clear distinguishable effect on trapezius muscle when displacing different milking machines. To achieve considerable results with myometry also test’s duration should be longer. Method of pressure mapping of the grip can be used to evaluate milking machines, however, the methodology how to efficiently use it should be researched further. When determining the degree of difficulty and energy load of work the Polar tester method is used by measuring heart rate.
