Abstrakt
Kasvava tarbimisühiskonna tõttu on suurenemas ka energiatarve. Üha suurenev
tarbimisühiskond survestab tehaseid ja tootmisi enda tegevust laiendama. Suure
nõudluse tõttu tuleb toota rohkelt energiat. See, et energiat ei saa toota lõputult, on aga
ilmselge. Selleks, et energiat säästa on mitmeid erinevaid viise. Antud töö uurib
sagedusmuunduri mõju sellisele energiasäästule, mis aitaks ettevõtetel säästlikumalt
ning konkurentsivõimelisemalt tegeleda. Ajami juhtimiseks, kasutatades
sagedusjuhtimist, on mitmeid erinevaid viise ning meetodeid. Lisaks levinud
skalaarjuhtimisele uuriti ka vektorjuhtimist. Selles töös uuritud põhiviisidest selgus, et
kõige energiasäästlikum viis ajameid juhtida, on lineaarjuhtimine, sisestades
sagedusmuundurisse tehases sisestatud andmete asemel konkreetse käitava ajami enda
sildiandmed. Selline juhtimisviis oli maksimaalseid kasutegureid võrreldes 1.6 protsenti
säästlikum kui vektorjuhtimine. Suurim paindlikkus ajami juhtimisel ilmnes
vektorjuhtimise puhul, kusjuures paindlikkus energiasäästu kui sellist mõjutab pigem
vähe. On ilmne, et kui ettevõttes masin töötab, siis on otstarbekas kui masin töötab
võimalikult suure kasuteguriga. Sellisel juhul on kõige otstarbekam kasutada
lineaarjuhtimist.
Due to the growing consumer society, energy consumption is increasing as well. An everexpanding consumer society is pushing plants to expand its own operations. Due to high demand, energy is being produced even more. However, the fact that energy can not be produced indefinitely is obvious. There are several different ways to save energy. This work examines the effect of the frequency converter on such energy savings, which would help businesses to be more economical and competitive. There are several different ways and methods to drive a machine using frequency control. In addition to widespread scalar control, vector control was also examined. The methods studied in this work showed that the most energy-efficient way to drive electrical machine is linear control by inserting label data for a given electrical machine into the frequency converter instead of data entered in the factory. This mode of management had a maximum efficiency of 1.6 per cent more economical than vector control. However, the greatest flexibility in driving the electrical machine was revealed precisely in the case of vector control, with relatively little effect on maximum energy savings. It is obvious that if the machine is operating in a company, then it is practical to operate the machine with the greatest possible efficiency. In this case, it would be most expedient to use linear control.
