Abstrakt
Käesolevas lõputöös analüüsiti kompleksteenuse kulusid mõjutavaid tegureid Rezer
Metsandus OÜ näitel. Samuti analüüsiti Rezer Metsandus OÜ kulusid ühe aasta jooksul
ja võrreldi omavahel kahte komplekti masinaid. Analüüsis kasutati osaühingust Rezer
Metsandus saadud andmeid. Aastase perioodi jooksul jõudis Rezer Metsandus OÜ üles
töötada kompleksteenusena 35 lanki. Tehti ülevaade ka lankidest, kus kompleksteenust
pakuti.. Autor kasutas raiekulude ja langi parameetrite seoste leidmiseks korrelatsiooni ja regressioonianalüüsi. Selgus, et põhiliseks kulusid mõjutavaks teguriteks uuritud
parameetritest oli keskmine tüvemaht. Keskmise tüvemahu suurenedes raiekulud
vähenevad. Masinate kogukuludes oli suurim osakaal liisingumaksetel ja kütusekulul.
Autori arvates on liiga vähe tehtud uurimusi kompleksteenuse kohta. Enamus alustavad
ettevõtted ei oska hinnakirja koostada, jälgitakse vaid turul olevat olukorda ega
analüüsita enda reaalseid kulusid. Töös saadud tulemused võiksid olla eelkõige
kasulikud Rezer Metsandus OÜ-le parandamaks ettevõte hinnastamise korda ja muuta
ettevõte olukorda teenuse pakkumisel paremaks.
Factors influencing the costs of logging service were analyzed on the example of Rezer Metsandus OÜ. Rezer Metsandus OÜ was analyzed during one year and two sets of machines were compared. The data obtained by Rezer Metsandus OÜ have been used in the thesis. During the year, Rezer Metsandus OÜ managed to provide a comprehensive service for 35 sites. An overview was also made of the sites where the logging service was offered.. The paper provides an overview of the main factors that can receive a logging service. The author used correlation and regression analysis to find the relationships between felling costs and felling parameters. It was found that the main influencing factor was the mean stem volume. As the average stem volume increases, felling costs decrease. Lease payments and fuel accounted for the largest share of total machinery costs. According to the author, too little research has been done on the logging service. Most start-up companies do not know how to compile a price list, they monitor the situation on the market and analyze their actual activities. The results obtained in the thesis could be especially useful for Rezer Metsandus OÜ to improve the company's pricing procedure and change the company's situation in providing the service.
