Abstrakt
Spooni konveierlaua eesmärk ettevõttes on Cremona kuivatist väljuva spooni edasi
viimine kuni töölisteni, kes ladustavad spoonilehed alustele. Lõputöö eesmärgiks on
arendada ning ümber ehitada Cremona kuivati spooni konveierlauda nii, et tööseisakud
väheneksid, millest omakorda tekib tootlikkuse tõus ning tööõnnetuste väiksem risk.
Uuendusvajadus on tingitud ettevõtte soovist töökeskkonda parendada ning tootmismahtu
efektiivsemalt täita, samuti on varasemalt juhtunud olemasoleva lahendusega mõningaid
tööõnnetusi. Peamine fookus on suunatud laua ülekandemehhanismi arendamisele ning
jõuda töö kollektiivpuhkuse ajal valmis. Töö käigus sai loodud varasema süsteemi põhjal
mudel ning selle ümber uus projekt. Kavandatav konstruktsioon peaks suurendama
seadme töökindlust ja -ohutust. Konveierlaua arendusele koostati vajaminevatest
detailidest joonised ning ehitati nende põhjal uus laud valmis. Uuendatud konveierlaud
võeti ettevõttes kasutusele ning jõuti valmis puhkuse ajal.
The purpose of the veneer conveyor table in the company is to transport the veneer sheets exiting the Cremona dryer to the workers who stack them onto pallets. The aim of the thesis is to develop and reconstruct the veneer conveyor table of the Cremona dryer in such a way that downtime is reduced, which in turn leads to increased productivity and a lower risk of workplace accidents. The need for improvement arises from the company’s desire to enhance the working environment and meet production capacity more efficiently. Additionally, there have been some work accidents with the existing solution. The main focus is on developing the table’s transmission mechanism, with the goal of completing the work during the company’s collective vacation. During the course of the project, a model based on the previous system was created, and a new design was built around it. The proposed construction is expected to improve the reliability and safety of the equipment. Drawings of the necessary parts for the conveyor table development were prepared, and a new table was built accordingly. The upgraded conveyor table was implemented in the company and completed during the vacation period.
