Abstrakt
Elektriõnnetuste arv on Eestis üsna suur. Selle põhjusteks on nii puudulikud
teadmistest elektrist kui ka vanade tootmishoonete elektrisüsteemide nõuetele
mittevastav seisukord. Sellest tulenevalt seadus sätestab, et iga elektripaigaldis peab
vastama kindlatele nõuetele ja olema kasutamisel ohutu ning selleks on vajalik teostada
regulaarseid hooldustöid ehk käidukorraldust. Antud töö teoreetilises osas kirjeldame
HANZA Mechanics Tartu AS käidukorraldust. Töö analüütilises osas kirjeldame
tehase valgustussüsteemi, uurides kuidas saaks olemasolevat valgustust muuta
energiatõhusamaks. Töös võtame LED valgustid ja LED torud ning võrdleme neid
olemasolevate luminofoorvalgustitega. Hüpoteesiks on, et LED valgustid tasuvad
ennast mõne aastaga ära ning toovad siis juba suuremat kasu. Võrdleme tootmisruumis
kasutusel olevaid luminofoorvalgusteid ja LED Philips WT120C LED60S / 840 PSU
L1500 valgusteid ning olemasolevate valgustite TL-D torusid ja Philipsi LED torusid.
Valgusarvutuste teostamisel kasutame DIALux Light assistent programmi. Töös
uurime, et mitme aasta jooksul LED valgustid ja torud ennast ära tasuvad ning kui
suurt kasu toovad nad 15 aasta jooksul. Saime, et LED valgustite kasutamine on
kasulik, kusjuures LED torude puhul tasuvad nad ennast ära 2,5 aastaga, LED
valgustite puhul aga 4,4 aastaga. Puhas kasu 15 aasta jooksul tuli LED valgustitel 59
444 € ning LED torudel 110 221 €. Kokkuvõtteks võiks tehas kindlasti mõelda oma
valgustuse asendamisele. Soetamismaksumus tasub ennast ära juba mõne aastaga ja siis
saab ettevõtte ainult majanduslikku kasu ning muutub energiatõhusamaks.
The rate of electrical accidents in Estonia is quite high. This is due to both lack of knowledge of electricity, as well as the old factory buildings electrical systems noncompliant state. Consequently, the law provides that any electrical installation must meet certain requirements and be safe to use, and there is a need to carry out regular maintenance. In this work we describe the theoretical part of Hanza Mechanics AS Tartu electrical installation operation management. Work analytical part describes factory lighting system, examining how to modify existing lighting. We take LED lamps and LED tubes and compare them with existing fluorescent luminaries. The hypothesis is that LED lights will pay for itself within a few years and the factory will benefit from them. We compare existing fluorescent lights with Philips WT120C LED60S / 840 PSU L1500 lamps and the existing lighting TL-D tubes with Philips LED tubes. For calculation we use DIALux Light Assistant program. We explore in what time LED lamps and tubes will pay off, and what we will benefit from using them for 15 years. We found that the LED is advantageous, LED tubes will pay off in 2.5 years end LED lamps in 4.4 years. The total benefit if using for 15 years for LED luminaires will be € 59,444 and for LED tubes € 110,221. In conclusion, the factory could be sure to think about it´s lighting replacement. Acquisition cost pays off in a few years, and then the factory will recieve great economic benefits and become more energy efficient.
