Abstrakt
Euroopa Liit ja Eesti liiguvad jõudsalt energiatõhususe tõstmise ja kasvuhoonegaaside
vähendamise suunas. Eestis, asudes jahedas kliimavööndis, kulub suur osa energiast
hoonetes sobiliku sisekliima tagamiseks, seega on hoonete energiatarbe vähendamine hea
meetod siseriikliku energia lõpptarbimise vähendamiseks. Energiatõhususe tõstmiseks
tuleb esmalt välja selgitada, kuidas hoonetes energiat kasutatakse, millised on hoonete
soojuskaod ja millised on elektrienergia tarbimise harjumused. Käesolevas
bakalaureusetöös uuriti kuuekümnendatel ehitatud pereelamu soojus- ja elektrienergia
tarbimist, et saada algandmed hoone hilisemaks rekonstrueerimiseks. Analüüsi
teostamiseks kasutati Eesti Vabariigi standardites esitatud metoodikat ning
arvutustulemusi võrreldi Eestis kehtivate energiatõhususe miinimumnõuetega. Lisaks
välistarindite soojuskadude arvutamisele teostati keskküttekatla suitsugaaside analüüs,
millega hinnati kasutatava katla kasutegurit. Ka võrreldi kasutatava katla kasutegurit ja
aastast küttematerjali kulu kaasaegsete katelde kasuteguri ning küttematerjali kuluga.
Arvestades Euroopa Liidu suunda taastuvenergeetika valdkonnas, uuriti ka pereelamu
katusele päikesepaneelide paigaldamisega saavutatavat elektrienergia tootlikkust.
Töö käigus leiti hoone suurima osakaaluga soojuskadude allikad ning selgitati välja
elektrienergia säästmise lahendused.
European Union and Estonia are moving towards improving energy efficiency and reducing emission of greenhouse gases. As Estonia is situated in colder climate zone, large portion of used energy is spent to provide optimal indoor climate, thereby reducing building energy consumption is a good method for decreasing national energy consumption. To increase energy efficiency of a building it is necessary find out how is energy managed, how big are heat losses from constructions and which are electrical energy consumption habits. In this thesis has been studied energy consumption of a residential building built in the sixties, to obtain valuable preliminaries for building reconstruction plans. This analysis has been performed by using Estonian standards and results have been compared to existing minimal energy efficiency requirements. In addition to heat loss calculations, a flue gas analysis for central heating boiler was performed to compare existing boiler efficiency to modern boilers and compare required fuel consumption of different fuel types. Taking into consideration European Union trend in renewable energy field, usage of solar power for electricity production with solar panels on the residential building roof was analyzed. In the end of this thesis largest het loss sources were identified and ways to reduce electrical energy consumption was suggested.
