Abstrakt
Loomadega seotud liiklusõnnetuste arv on jätkuvalt kõrge, seetõttu on välja töötatud
mitmeid erinevaid meetmeid ja lahendusi, et selliste avariide arvu võimalikult palju
vähendada või neid koguni vältida. Üheks selliseks lahenduseks on reflektorid. Käesoleva
bakalaureusetöö eesmärgiks on anda ülevaade enam levinumatest meedetest ja uurida
varasemate läbiviidud uuringute põhjal, milline on maanteedelt metsloomi peletavate
reflektorite mõju liiklusõnnetuste vähendamisele.
Töö koostamisel on kasutatud mitmeid erinevaid teadus- ja ajakirjaartikleid. Kogutud
andmete põhjal analüüsiti teemat, saadi järeldused ja kirjutati teemakohane kokkuvõte.
Bakalaureusetöö tulemusena jõudis autor järeldusele, et reflektorite mõju liiklusõnnetuste
vähendamisele on küllaltki väike, kuid Eestis tasub nende efektiivsust katsetada.
The number of wildlife – vehicle collisions remins high, so a number of different measures and solutions have been developed to reduce or even prevent the number of such accidents. One of the solutions is reflectors. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to provide an overview of the most common measures and to study the effect of reflectors that repel animals from roads. Many different articles and scientific articles have been used in compiling the work. Based on the collected data an analysis was made, conclusions were drawn and recommendations were made. As a result of the bachelor's thesis, the author came to the conclusion that the effect of reflectors on the reduction of traffic accidents is quite small, but in Estonia it is worth testing their effectiveness.
