Abstrakt
Kaasaegses kiiresti arenevas ühiskonnas, kus inimesed veedavad väga palju oma vabast
ajast kodus, on eriti oluline pöörata suuremat tähelepanu elukeskkonna sisekliimale.
Inimesed ise hindavad järjest enam eluaseme mugavust ja siseõhu kvaliteeti, mis tagab
neile hea enesetunde ja on tervislik.
Käesoleva lõputöö eesmärgiks on uurida ja analüüsida Tartu linnas paiknevate
korterelamute sisekliima parameetreid peale renoveerimist.
Lõputöö käigus salvestati korterite sisetemperatuur, suhteline õhuniiskus ja süsihappegaasi
sisaldus andmesalvestajatega. Siseõhu temperatuuri, suhtelise õhuniiskuse ja
süsihappegaasi andmed on nelja kuu pikkusest perioodist.
Mõõteperioodi korterite keskmine õhutemperatuur oli 23,9 ˚C, keskmine suhteline
õhuniiskus 34,5% ja keskmine süsihappegaasi sisaldus 769 ppm.
Tulemusi analüüsides selgus, et kortermaja siseõhu temperatuur ja süsihappegaasi sisaldus
vastavad etteantud väärtustele. Probleemseks kohaks on korterite suhteline õhuniiskus.
Olukorra lahendamiseks tuleks edaspidi läbi viia täiendavaid uuringuid ja probleemile
sobiv lahendus.
In the modern fast-developing society where people spend much of their free time at home, it is especially important to pay greater attention to the indoor climate of the living environment. People themselves value the comfort of the housing and the quality of indoor air more and more which ensures them a good feeling and which is healthy. The aim of this thesis is to study and analyse the parameters of the indoor climate of the apartment buildings in the city of Tartu after renovation. In the course of the thesis, the indoor temperature, relative humidity and carbon dioxide content was recorded using data recorders. The data of the indoor air temperature, relative humidity and carbon dioxide are from a period of four months. The average air temperature of the apartments during the measuring period was 23.9 ˚C, the average relative humidity was 34.5% and the average carbon dioxide content was 769 ppm. When analysing the results, it was revealed that the indoor air temperature and carbon dioxide content of the apartment buildings complied with the prescribed values. The problem was the relative humidity of the apartments. In order to solve the situation, further studies should be conducted and a suitable solution to problem should be found.
