Abstrakt
For chlorophyll a (chl_a, mg/m3) analysis , plankton was collected on Whatman glass fibre filters (GF/F), pigments were extracted with 96% ethanol, analysed spectrophotometrically, and calculated according to Lorenzen (1967). Water transparency (secchi, m) was measured with Secchi disc visibility. Phytoplankton primary production (pp, mgC/m3/h) was measured in situ with 14C-assimilation technique according to Steeman-Nielsen (1952).
