| dc.description.abstract | Käesolevas lõputöös on analüüsitud Ponsse ScorpionKing tööaja jaotusi lageraiel. Saadud tulemused on pandud võrdlusesse töös uuritavate operaatorite vahel kui ka varasemalt tehtud töö vahel. Töö lõpus on tehtud ka järeldusi ning ettepanekuid paremateks töötingimusteks ning tööefektiivsuse saavutamiseks. Antud töö andmed on kogutud filmimise teel ohutus kauguses metsaraie masina tööalast. Videomaterjali on kogutud kahe päeva jooksul 6 tundi ja 32 minutit. Peale välitööde teostamise toimus videomaterjali kronomeetrimine. Töö koosneb mitmetest erinevatest osadest milleks on masinmetsaraie ajaloo tutvustus ning mõningad tööpõhimõtted. Teine osa jaguneb mitmeteks alapeatükkideks, nende hulgas raiealade iseloomustus, kus on välja toodud raiealadel esinevad puuliigid ning nende keskmised vanused ja kõrgused. Samuti on teises osas operaatorite kirjeldused ja uuritava metsaraiemasina tutvustus koos selle lõikepeaga. Peale selle on veel autori poolt lahti seletatud välitööde metoodika, kus peamiseks tegevuseks oli filmimine ning kõige lõpuks kameraaltööde metoodika. Kolmandas osas on esitatud saadud tulemused ning analüüs kui kaua on iga tegevus aega võtnud. Kõige suurema ajakuluga tööprotsess operaatoril A oli puu töötlemine, sellele järgnes noolepea liigutamine, 3 masina liikumine ja raiejäätmete liigutamine ning töötlemine. Sellele lisandusid remont ning muu aeg. Töö autorile avanes hea ülevaade harvesteri tööst lageraiel, mis on heaks õppefunktsiooniks. Kindlasti on sellest uurimusest kasu ka firmale, kelle harvesteride kohta uurimustöö oli. | est |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the current thesis is to analyse work time distribution on the clearfelling of the Ponsse ScorpionKing. The obtained results is been put in comparison with the operators that are analyzed in the thesis and also with the thesis done before. In the end of this thesis there is been done conclusions and suggestions for the better working conditions for achieving work efficiency. The data of this thesis is gathered by filming from safe distance from the logging machine’s work area. There is 6 hours and 32 minutes of video material. The chronometry of the video material took place after the field work. This thesis consists of different numerous parts, which are machine forestry history introduction and several work principles. The second part is divided in several subsections, including the specification of the clearfelling area, where there is pointed out area’s tree species and its average age and heights. Also in the second part, there is specifications of operators and harvesters introduction with its cutting head. Besides that author is explaining the methodics of field work, where the main activity was filming and in the end data reduction. In the third part there is presented results and analysis of how long activities took time. The biggest time consuming work process of the operator A was tree processing, which was followed by movement of the crane, machine movement, moving and processing the branches. These were added by repairing and miscellaneous time. The work of the harvester on clearfelling gave author a great overview, which is great learning function. Most certainly there is benefit of this thesis for the company, whose harvesters were the main research topic. | eng |
