Abstrakt
Magistritöö eesmärgiks on luua gaasi rõhualandusjaamale terviklik elektri ja automaatika
lahendus. Töö käigus on selgitatud jaama kasutuskohta ning tööpõhimõtet. On valitud
sobivad elektri ja automaatika komponendid, mille abil luuakse jaamale automaatne
juhtimissüsteem. Kuna osad valitud komponentidest peavad asuma plahvatusohtliku
gaasikeskkonnas, siis on tähelepanu pööratud komponentide valikule vastavalt
plahvatusohtu käsitlevatele standarditele ja tänapäevastele õigusaktidele. Komponentide
põhjal on loodud jaama erinevate osade kohta juhtahelate skeemid, leitud lühisvoolud ning
kaitseseadmete rakendumisastmed. Loodud automaatne juhtimissüsteem põhineb
programmeeritaval kontrolleril ehk jaama tööd juhib kontrolleris asuv juhtprogramm,
mille põhimõtted on osaliselt töös välja toodud.
The aim of the Master's thesis is to create a complete electrical and automation solution for the gas pressure reduction station. During the work, the place of use and the working principle of the station have been explained. Suitable electrical and automation components have been selected, with the help of which an automatic control system is created for the station. Since some of the selected components must be located in an explosive gas environment, attention has been paid to the selection of components in accordance with the standards regarding the risk of explosion and modern legislation. Based on the components, control circuit diagrams, found short-circuit currents and application levels of protective devices have been created for different parts of the station. The created automatic control system is based on a programmable controller, so the operation of the station is controlled by the control program located in the controller, the principle of which is partially outlined in the work.
