Abstrakt
Käesoleva bakalaureusetöö eesmärgiks on luua valguslahendus hetkel ehitamisel olevale
mahlatootmishoonele ning tuua välja selle energiavajadus. Mahlatootmine kuulub
toiduainetööstuse valdkonda ja see seab piiranguid nii ruumidele, seadmetele kui ka
valgustuse planeerimisele. Töö käigus antakse ülevaade võimalikest eripäradest ja
kirjeldatakse lahti mahla tootmise protsess. Antakse ülevaade hoone olemusest, ruumide
sihtotstarbest, planeeritavast küttelahendusest, ventilatsioonist ning jahutusest. Ruumide
valgustamise lahenduse koostamisel on aluseks võetud hoone põhiplaan, mis on leitav töö
lisast. Ruumide kaupa tuuakse välja valguslahendus ning valitud valgustid.
Valgustiheduse väärtused on arvutatud DIALux evo programmiga ja vastavalt ruumide
sihtotstarbele vajalikud keskmised valgustiheduse väärtused on võetud standarditest:
Valgus ja valgustus, (2011). Töökohavalgustus. Osa 1: Sisetöökohad: Eesti standard EVSEN
12464-1:2011. Valgustite spetsifikatsioonid on ära toodud töö lõpus olevas lisas.
Lisaks on koostatud elektervalgustuse skeem ning valgustite asendiplaan. Veel on välja
toodud valgustite orienteeruv hinnakalkulatsioon ja valgustite koguvõimsus. Tulemusena
on tehtud kolmele ruumile kohapeal valgustiheduse mõõtmised ning võrreldud saadud
tulemusi DIALux evo arvutuste põhjal saadud tulemustega.
This bachelor's thesis aims to create a lighting solution for the juice production building currently under construction and point out its energy needs. The fact that juice production is part of the food industry places restrictions on-premises, equipment and lighting planning. This thesis is given an overview of possible specifics; also, the juice production process itself is described. Descriptions of the layout of the building, the purpose of the premises, planned heating solution, ventilation and cooling are given. The lighting solution is based on the master plan of the building, which can be found in the appendix at the end of this thesis. The lighting solution and selected lamps are presented separately for every room. According to the room's purpose, the luminance values are calculated with the "DIALux evo "program, and the average luminance values required, according to the purpose of the room, are taken from the standard: Valgus ja valgustus. In addition, an electric wiring schema and a lamp position plan have been compiled. Indicative price calculation of lamps and total light output power are also presented. For example, illuminance measurements were made onsite in three rooms, and the results were compared with those obtained from "DIALux evo "program calculations.
