Abstrakt
Käesolevas bakalaureusetöös on käsitletud käsiajamiga meevurri automatiseerimist. See
on ajendatud autori kodus paiknevast mõne-perelisest mesilast, kelle kärgedesse kogutud
mett on vaja vurritamise teel kätte saada. Töö peamiseks eesmärgiks on sätitud meevurri
automatiseerimine, et lihtsustada mee eraldamise protsessi. Selle saavutamiseks on
püstitatud kuus alaeesmärki ja kaks lisaeesmärki. Töös käsitletakse vastava kirjanduse
uurimist, teostatakse vajalikud arvutused meevurri käitamiseks, valitakse sobivad
komponendid s.h muundur, mootor ja ülekandemehhanism, koostatakse
juhtimispõhimõtted ja elektriskeem ning komplekteeritakse ajam ja esitatakse ülevaade
projekti kulutustest. Arvutuste käigus selgus, et vurri käitamiseks vajalik võimsus on 90
W. Ülekandemehhanismi, milleks valiti rihmülekanne, mehaaniliste kadude tõttu tõusis
see 95 W-i. Mootoriks valiti 180 W asünkroonmootor koos 370 W sagedusmuunduriga.
Elektrilised komponendid ja ajami juhtnupud on paigutatud kohvrilaadsesse elektrikilpi,
mida on võimalik vurrist eraldi transportida. Projekti kogumaksumus on ~300 eurot, kui
sealhulgas pole arvestatud mootorit, ülekandes kasutatud rihmarattaid ja üksikuid
väiksemaid komponente, mis olid autoril juba olemas või ei pidanud rahaliselt nende eest
tasuma. Katsetuste käigus selgus, et komplekteeritud ajam töötab. Ühes sellega saab väita,
et püstitatud eesmärgid said täidetud ja töö võib lugeda kordaläinuks.
Present bachelor thesis has the purpose of automating a hand-crank honey extractor, because the author has an apiary of some bee families at his home, whose honey, that is stored in honeycombs, needs to be collected by extraction. The main aim was to automate honey extractorin order to simplify the process. Six subgoals and two extra goals were set to achieve that. In the thesis literature was studied, calculations were made to find required power for the extractor to work, proper components were chosen, including converter, motor and transmissioon, controlling principles and electrical schemes were made and the whole drive was built. Also review of the expenses is given.The calculations showed that required power was 90 W. Due to losses in transmission, where belt transmission was chosen, required power raised to 95 W. 180 W induction motor with 370 W voltage frequency converter were chosen. Electrical components and controls were installed in switchboard that acts as briefcase, which can be transported separately from the extractor. The whole cost of the project is approximately 300 euros, but some components were aquired without charge. The tests showed that the drive is fully operational and with that can be concluded that the goals, which were set are achieved.
