Abstrakt
Käesoleva uurimistöö eesmärgiks on anda ülevaade servoajami Siemens Masterdrives MC
ehitusest, programmeerimisvõimalustest ning kasutamisvõimalustest õppetöös. Töös tutvustatakse
servoajami komponente, antakse ülevaade seadme kasutamisega kaasnevatest
ohtudest, elektromagnetilisest ühilduvusest ning antakse soovitusi nende probleemide vältimiseks.
Servoajamit Siemens Masterdrives MC on võimalik kasutada elektriajamite kursuse
labortöö läbiviimisel. Ajami uurimine sobiks kursuse üheks labortööks, kuna kursusel
käsitletakse ka servoajameid ning nende juhtimist. Labortöös omandaksid üliõpilased ülevaate
servoajami võimekusest, kasutusvaldkondadest ning seadme juhtimisest läbi mitme
erineva juhtmooduli. Töös käsitletakse seadme juhtimist läbi integreeritud mooduli PMU,
operaatoripaneeli OP1S ning läbi tarkvaralise keskkonna Drive Monitor. Töös antakse juhiseid
ajami konfigureerimiseks läbi erinevate juhtimiskeskkondade. Õppetöös omandavad
õpilased kogemusi erinevate juhtimisvalikute võimalustest.
The aim of this work is to provide an overview of programming methods and applications of Siemens Masterdrives MC. The research gives an overview of servo drives construction, usage and possibilities of using the servo drive in studies. Author of this work examines the risks involved in the use of equipment, electromagnetic compatibility and recommendations to avoid these problems. Servo drive Siemens Masterdrives MC can be used in electrical drives laboratory. Practical research of servo drive could be one of the laboratory course work, because the course handles topics about servo drives and their management. In servo drive laboratory work students could acquire an overview of servo drive management disciplines through a number of different control modules. The work provides guidelines to control the drive through integrated module PMU, operating panel OP1S and software Drive Monitor. The work gives instructions how to configure drive via different operating environments. During the servo drive laboratory work students gain experience in different servo drive operating techniques.
