Abstrakt
Tänapäevases tööstuses on automatiseerimine oluline tootmise efektiivsuse, kvaliteedi ja töökindluse parandamisel. Automatiseeritud lahendused aitavad ennetada inimlikke vigu ning tagavad tootmisprotsessi stabiilsuse. Seetõttu pööravad ettevõtted aina enam tähelepanu automatiseeritud lahenduste arendamisele.
Lõputöö käsitleb paigaldusmanipulaatori projekteerimist papist lehe paigaldamiseks euroalusele. Töö eesmärk oli luua ettevõtte tootmisprotsessi sobiv ja mõistliku hinnaga lahendus, mis automatiseeriks papilehtede paigaldamise ning vähendaks töötaja käsitsi tehtavat tööd liinil. Projekti käigus uuriti olemasolevaid turulahendusi, valiti sobivad masinaehituslikud ja pneumaatilised komponendid, koostati masina konstruktsioon ning arendati juhtprogramm Eatoni kontrollerile. Töö tulemusena valmis töötav seade koos automaat- ja manuaalrežiimiga, mis on rakendatav reaalses tootmiskeskkonnas. Tähelepanu pöörati seadme ohutusele, töökindlusele ja kasutusmugavusele, et tagada sobivus tootmissüsteemi. Valminud manipulaator vähendab operaatori füüsilist koormust ja automatiseerib ühe tootmisetapi.
In modern industry, automation is important for improving production efficiency, quality, and reliability. Automated solutions help prevent human errors and ensure the stability of the production process. Therefore, companies are paying more attention to the development of automated solutions. The thesis deals with the design of a placement manipulator for placing a cardboard sheet onto a euro pallet. The aim of the thesis was to create a solution suitable for the company’s production process and reasonably priced, which would automate the placement of cardboard sheets and reduce the manual work performed by the worker on the line. During the project, existing market solutions were studied, suitable mechanical engineering and pneumatic components were selected, the machine structure was prepared, and a control program for the Eaton controller was developed. As a result of the thesis, a working device with automatic and manual modes was completed, which can be applied in a real production environment. Attention was paid to the safety, reliability, and ease of use of the device in order to ensure suitability for the production system. The completed manipulator reduces the operator’s physical workload and automates one stage of the production process.
